It is a stable job with decent benefits.
The HR department first and foremost will not attend to their employees needs and lie about the hiring process.

Management could careless of who you are and what you bring to this company. Even if you're a valuable asset and have a good work ethic you will not be recognized and be treated unfairly as mentioned in the other comments. Favoritism and discrimination happens alot here as mentioned.

They mention job openings with the name "technician" along with other job titles.Technicians and machinists outside of gp&c get paid $5-$15 elsewhere. Do not be fooled and lied to for your pay.

Get ready to work the hardest you've ever had for your pay. It's stressful and extremely hot and poorly ventilated. No fans are allowed in your work area and you breath in fiberglass dust all day long.
Don't expect raises or any recognition for your effort, and unless you speak Spanish don't expect help or respect from your coworkers. Bad attitudes are condoned and management couldn't care less who you are. They expect you to work 60hr weeks and will ask for weekends. You'll be standing the whole time with only two 15min breaks and a 30 min lunch.
It's a job that will get you through till you find something better.
