Very annoying that you always have to make an appointment even when you are inside while it is super quiet. And they lose copies and then ask to send copies of ID via mail. Found that really stupid soon it will be in error hands.

There are many times and options for scheduling appointments. It is a pity that it is not possible on weekends or evenings. I understand that they also want to be free sometime, but perhaps working with students or something would be very nice.
