Terrible. Keep very clear records of bills you have paid - they've just tried to charge me again for a water bill I paid last year. Have a history of very inefficient administration and never an apology for getting things wrong. Sick of phenomenal amounts to pay because their funds have fallen short...
Gem has looked after the management of Nurseryfields in Sawbridgeworth for a number of years and as a Director of the property, I am really impressed with the response and support received. I am particularly impressed with Michelle Flint who deals with requests in a timely and productive manner.
