An incredibly nice gentleman came, but it took three extra hours meaning I paid $1000 for a $600 lap top! The next day I discovered that several issues to my iPhone and iPad came up due to the new laptop entries! Supposedly you you can call and have a conference call to help resolve issues. I called that evening once. No return call. I called twice the next day. No return. So the third day a neighbor who is an IT gal came and could fix all but one issue. I am still waiting for them to help the final issue.
