I had a really bad experience with Garden City Teachers Credit Union. Their customer service was terrible and they were not able to resolve my issue. I had to switch to another bank because of their poor service.
I have been banking with them for a while now and overall I'm happy with their services. The website is user-friendly and it's easy to navigate. The only thing I wish they could improve is their customer service response time.
