Very unprofessional staff. I was sent there by UPS I. South Holland IL to have papers notarized. I walked in and spoke, the lady at the desk was on the phone, She literally looked at me, dead in my eyes and continued her phone conversation. Then in between her phone conversation she said Hi can I help you? I told her what I needed. She continued her phone conversation asked for my paperwork, said I need your ID . I attempted to explain what needed to be notarized but I felt like I deserved her full attention because she would want a full payment. I took my paperwork and ID and said I ll go somewhere else. She literally continued her phone conversation. Just Ridiculous!!!!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD NEVER GET AUTO, LIFE, HOMEOWNERS OR ANY TYPE OF INSURANCE WITH THIS AGENCY....SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE...THIS AGENCY SHOULD BE NAMED PRETENDERS, INC.
