Unfriendly, unhelpful and inattentive staff at least the person who checked me out at the Baby store.

Walked into the store, I was greeted immediately and friendly workers.

Good sales but this location is really small and doesn't carry their Gap Fit line of work out clothing

I fell into the Gap years ago still go back occasionally.

This gap is super convenient to shop at. I typically go after work and it is empty which creates a less overwhelming shopping hour. The sales reps are really nice (probably because gap corporate is so close by). This location has 2 levels with, kids and gap body apparel.
Sizing quantity of all sizes is available here too which is often the issue at other gap locations.

GAP is a good source of mid-level quality clothing. It's not fantastic, but it looks good and isn't too expensive. Watch for sales though to save more.

i really like it here! the price is very cheap and especially i like the hood! it is good because it is much cheaper than my country!

It's a great location if you work near by. great for quick trips on your lunch break for clearance shopping or for looking for something quick cause you spilled coffee on your clothes. Selection isn't that big here (for men) but it can do in a pinch. The kids section is fairly large here.

I wanted to buy a coat. Found one I liked but it was ripped. The member of staff could not understand why I was asking for another one.

The only stores in the Embarcadero Center that opens at 9am! Lifesaver if you need to get to work and have a wardrobe malfunction. Everything else opens at 10am.

This store has no elevator and is not accessible for anyone with a stroller or anyone who may be handicapped. I can t believe such a store exists, very disappointed in Gap.

This location rarely opens on time. Always opens 5-10 minutes late.

Hours listed on google are wrong. It doesn't open until 10am during the week... #fail

Decent clothes that are reasonably priced when you get a discount.

They a lot of stuff on sale. The staff was nice to me too.

This place is eclectic. It is a large store full of fun finds ranging from cute clothing with unique fun statements to socks, posters and weird wild shoes. The store is a bit expensive, but it is located in a very popular part of town. I would advise vistors to first taken in the wonderful graffiti paintings on the outside of the store/strip mall before taking in the store itself. This store is fun for young and old alike.

the gap in the marina has excellent service and is in a prime shopping location. the staff is super friendly and helpful!
