The dealership is under new ownership. I have recently brought in both of my cars for various maintenance / repairs. The service was consistent with each visit. Friendly, attentive, professional, they took the time to explain what required attention and the time frame of getting the service work completed. They met my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone for service. It is evident that the new management team is working hard towards elavating the customer experience. From my experiences, it's going in the right direction.

No one there was interested in greeting or asking a customer if they were looking for something. Then, when you ask a question you'll get an answer that's so uninformed.

The service desk staff very helpful ,the mechanic did his best,will have to wait to see if Ford can figure out the problem

Walked into this place and needed a new ford transit ASAP. I said how fast can I get it. How about tomorrow ?. Within 24 hours they took care of financing, licensing and made all the necessary arrangements. They also personally delivered it 40km away to my store. Hands down the best experience getting a vehicle for our store. And we will undoubtedly be back. Literally I have zero complaints. I d recommend this place to anyone

My son recently bought an vehicle from Gallinger and we had a pleasant experience. The sales team was upfront, honest, and courteous. They had a large collection to chose from and good prices on offer. Sema, our salesrep, was helpful and very patient throughout the process.

We plan on returning for vehicle maintenance and hope the good customer service and honesty continues in the future.

One of the worst service departments they have no idea whats going on around them. Takes forever to get parts in. Save yourself the trouble and headaches never buy a Ford. Mine is under 100K and has been in the shop so many times I lost count. This location told me it was okay to drive my broken car and then I had to get a tow as it died on me. Customer service does not exist. My biggest mistake was buying a Ford they are terrible.

I knew exactly what I was looking for when I was recently shopping for a vehicle, but I was having a really hard time finding what I was looking for in my price range in my area (Barrie). I started looking outside my area in hopes to find what I was looking for, and thankfully I did at Gallinger Ford!
Kevin was a pleasure to deal with and made everything so easy for me being almost an hour and a half drive away.
I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium AWD and I couldn t be happier with my vehicle! What I love most is that I didn t feel like I was buying a used vehicle AT ALL!
In my opinion they went above and beyond and I m so glad I found this dealership.
Highly recommend to anyone! Near or far! They will do whatever they can to get you what you want!

Worst experience with a Ford service department in my life!
They had my FORD FUSION in for the same issue on two separate occasions, leaving me without a vehicle for 2 1/2 days. After that, I was still told that they could not find anything wrong (Along with me having to pay a $100.00 deductible for them to do absolutely nothing)
Fast forward to the Canada Day long weekend; we were on our way from Milton, ON to Montreal and the same noise (that I was told multiple times that they could not find anything wrong with) started again, this time even louder than before AND every time we pressed the brake. This whole ordeal ruined my husband's, my friend's and my holiday, all due to the "Ford Trained Technicians" incompetence.
I HIGHLY RECOMMENED NEVER GOING TO THIS DEALER FOR ANYTHING SERVICE RELATED!! Especially since my husband (who is a FORKLIFT technician) located the issue and fixed it within 3 hours.

Imagine buying a limited edition F150 only to get it scratched after getting your truck bed sprayed from the dealership and it gets better, they tell you it's a truck and it will eventually get scratched anyways. I mean, how do you respond to that??? I bought a limited edition not a utility edition Sir!

Liars. Went for oil change, was told brake pads are less than 1mm and it is dangerous to drive. Would cost $500 to replace front brake pads and rotors. Declined the service. Replaced pads myself. Brake pads had 30% life left.

I recently purchased a used 2015 subaru wrx here from Randy. He was great with explaining things and tried giving me every deal he possibly could. He made my purchasing experience very easy. I would definitely recommend going to Randy if you ever need to purchase a car from here.

I bought a brand new car, first off the bill of sale says the car is coming with 50km or less..... It came with over a 100, and when I first opened the car to look at it the rear C pillar wasn't fully on. When the sales person put on the Gallinger license plate cover he peeled off the bottom the the license plate lettering now I need new plates. Now on the way home I noticed the sunroof won't close, I called the salesman,not there. I ask for the service department, they tell me they can't even SEE my car to even close the sunroof for 4 days.... Avoid this place!!!! And now I'm 3 days driving this car, I've noticed the remote start stalls when it's used... They didn't even look over the car at all.....
Choose a different Ford dealer....

Just picked up my second vehicle from Gallinger Ford. I made my initial Inquiry on Thursday May 5th and my brand new car was ready to drive off the lot on Friday May 6th. Rob who took care of me is an awesome salesmen. He does not rush or pressure with sales tactics and works pro actively to fit your budget as best he can. Rob takes the time to brief you on the latest features of your vehicle upon delivery and works to make sure you are driving off the lot happy. Vehicle was fully detailed and waxed upon delivery and they did a great job. I could not be happier with my purchase and buying experience. I will be going back to Gallinger Ford for many years to come.

I bought a Ford Edge from Allwyn at Gallinger Ford. He was knowledgable and never gave me the hard sell. He had relatives from out of town but still came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. He took his time and even showed me the various controls and synced my phone. Top marks for customer service!

We were looking at a vehicle we found online and the reason we decided to purchase from Gallagher Ford was because of Sema. She is a terrific sales person, attentive, not pushy and is very knowledgeable. Sema made our car purchasing experience very pleasant.

So often women buying a vehicle have a poor experience. Not so at Gallinger. Rob Fattore had already offered to help before we even made it to the reception desk. He was unhurried, informative and found out what we wanted. Then he offered helpful suggestions and let us make choices. The experience was very pleasant and we are really enjoying the F-150. The best service team out there. John Bettio and his team are second to none. Especially during this Covid-19 pandemic, they provided support for my Lincoln and Ford vehicles that allowed me peace of mind. Safety was always assured. Labour is expensive. It's nice they have a customer shuttle. Some loner cars would be great.

went to see car in photo below (specifically decided on it and it's color). when I showed up next day with my wife to test drive they had same model car (different price) and different color. hmmm. I always thought when customer picked an item to buy then this item would be the item to try to sell right?. anything else is red flag. answer i was given was its same thing just different color. then I hear GPS system is proprietary and costs over $180 for upgrade which is a SD card talk about cheating cash grab. just because it's a dealership does not make them more trustworthy. I am very disappointed.

I have driven Fords for 10 years. I live in Milton and drive out to Guelph or Oakville because the service is so terrible here. 12/10 would not recommend.

Fantastic experience at Gallinger Ford. We were faced with an unfortunate situation when we purchased a used truck. NEVER again will I go here! The service dept is horrible. Damaged my rear end with enough damage to replace the whole back end. Worst part is that they NEVER told me! They just let me drive away UNTIL I noticed it. BULLSHIT company!

Recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape over at the Gallinger Ford. I dealt with Ahsan Khan, the guy was very welcoming right from the start. Super easy guy he helped me pick out the vehicle I wanted. Than shortly after I dealt with the manager Glenn Bricker who worked out the deal that I wanted. I mean this guy bent over backwards to make sure I walked away happy with the amount I was willing to spend.

Two solid guys right there I highly recommend this location. I myself am a skeptic of car dealerships in general. And these guys did not disappoint, I have much more confidence now knowing if there s any issues, these guys will make sure your taken good care of.

Weird place ..... when i walked in the staffs were just looking at me and nobody said hi until i approached the guy at reception. He didnt say anything, until i said i wanted to see their mustang and he gave me this "look".. called a sales rep to come help me, while i was waiting he said to me "when do you want this Mustang?" with the look in his face like can you afford it... after that the sales rep SUCKED with his service, didnt care about what my needs were just said they dont have any and they will have to look at other dealerships and call me... its been 2 weeks and no one called. When i asked to test drive one he totally ignored me.... If you are anything else but white dont go here..

Definitely didnt get my business nor will i refer friends here. (FYI I GOT ME A MUSTANG) AND IF YOU CALL THE GT FASTBACK I GOT A BASIC MODEL THEN CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS.

A nice dealership to visit if you are looking for good deals on any Ford vehicles. I was there for a brand new F150 but a previous year's model, so the price was right, but due to their interest rates for this particular vehicle my monthly payments were almost same as a current year new model with extra features; sadly the deal dropped. Overall good experience, their sales person Puru is knowledgeable, very informative, honest, helpful and tried his best to make this deal go through. I noticed that no body from their senior sales team or finance team even bothered to comeover to say hello or even came out to talk to us while we were there. I was there with my wife and son both drove all the way from Oakville so they very well knew we were serious buyers. Other than that, very good experience, a nice place to buy a vehicle.

She follows up with me every so often to ensure everything is still good & even personally booked my last service appointment for me. With such outstanding customer service from a sales rep, I will continue to follow her at her new location.

Great Team- Sunil & Scott. I recently Purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang GT and the whole experience was awesome. They matched the best quoted price without even a question (I was out of their place in 30 mins). Later, I made several changes to my original upgrades and eventually had to re-order the car. Sunil & Scott helped me re-order in spite of 1st car being ordered and will be sitting in their lot . Overall good buying experience- made a good decision of not only buying from local store but also received an excellent customer service.

We had previously purchased a vehicle, and now had my first service at Gallinger Ford and was extremely pleased with the experience. They explained my service options very well, were prompt and courteous throughout and completed the work at the agreed upon timeline. The communication was great from beginning to end. I bought my 2018 Ford Focus RS from them, and this is my sales experience, and definitely loved the buying experience. I worked with John and Kevin, I have just great words for both of them. Everything went so smooth and no problems. They offered a great deal for my trade in compared to other dealers. I haven t used the service department, but I am sure they will be as friendly. Within the last 6 months we have purchased 2 vehicles from Gallinger Ford. The first an F150 which we are thrilled with. Drove it to Arizona and back and enjoyed the ride. Fuel consumption was amazing.

My husband and I were in yesterday just to check out cars that his company had offered him. We were honest and let them know that we wouldn t be an actual sale just that we wanted to see if all 3 kids car seats would fit in the options and we were still treated like top priority. At first it was really busy but the woman who handles the financing was out on the floor and approached us just to make sure someone had spoken to us and then got Rob to help us out as soon as he was done with his client. Rob walked us through the two option, went over the features he thought would be better for our situation in each option, overall was just super helpful even though he knew he wouldn t be making a sale from us.

We are really impressed, you can always tell the value of people by how they handle situations that have nothing in it for them.

We purchased my son's car last week of February 2017 and I have nothing but great things to say about this Dealership. Starting with Rob the sales person who was very professional, calm and not at all pushy. Mike the sales manager was also very polite and very accommodating. A week after we picked up the car we had to take the car in to service and I was so impressed that I had Rob the sales person follow up with me as did Mike The Sales Manager and including the Service manager. Out of all the vehicles that we have purchased over the many years I have never had such great follow up. Being in the retail service industry myself I know what great customer service is and i have no problem recommending Gallinger to my friends and family .

Slowest place of all time. 3 hours for basic servicing and they didn t even change my oil it s black. Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Go to Oakville, Guelph, Kitchener or anywhere but here TRUST ME the mechanics have gone so downhill over the years.

I feel lied to in this place. Prices for services are always exaggerated. And now I'm running into major warranty disputes with them. So I'm not a happy camper.

Also, the warranty documents I have in my hand dictate that the car is covered for catalytic converters up to 110,000 kilometers which the company refused to honour for a very unethical reason.

I bought an explorer from Allwyn just over a month ago now. He was great to work with and ensured I was a happy customer! I would highly recommend paying him a visit if you are in the market for a vehicle.

I typically would not take the time to write a review but i feel compelled to share my experience buying my new F150 truck.
I shopped around and was not impressed with the attitudes and tactics of some of the car sales people I dealt with in my search for a F150. I happened to be in Milton one day and stopped into Gallinger Ford and met up with Ahsan. He was straight forward and helpful without being intrusive. If Ahsan Knan is not the best car sales person at this location and every other Ford dealerships I would be surprised. Ashen was not your typical pushy car sales person. He was very patient and paid attention to the my details of my purchase. Ashan even went so far as to pick me up from my house to bring me to my new truck instead of me taking an Uber. At no time did i feel I wasn't in control of my purchase.
I can't say anything about the other sales people at this location but my experience with Ashan was extremely positive.

Terrible experience as a second time customer - we've been quite honestly mis-sold a car by these people and have been treated despicably since trying to get them to resolve it. We would never have expected to be lied to like this. I can only advise you to read and confirm all the details of the deal you believe you're getting before signing on the dotted line.

I was contacted by the national sales manager to come in and meet with him and the team at Gallinger to discuss our vehicles (2015 and 2016) stating there were offers for the upgrade program for being a loyal Ford customer along with new incentives that I couldn't refuse.

Figuring it was a sales pitch I shrugged off the opportunity but then said "what the heck". Went into the dealer, spent 1.5 hours sitting and waiting to see what special offers there were to finally get the response that I purchased our current vehicles for incredible prices (from another dealer). Since this was some sort of program to export vehicles to the US, I assumed they would offer an incentive to switch vehicles but they couldn't even match the vehicles I have now without paying 55% more per month....each.

So if that is the special rates from the "national sales manager"...how did I manage a better deal somewhere else by just walking into the dealer? Odd.

Shame on me for falling into the trap but hey, if you have time to waste....go right ahead.

It was a great experience buying my 2018 Explorer from Gallinger Ford.The whole process went so smooth.I really appreciate sales consultant Robert Fattore's knowledge about the product, he explained me each and every feature of the truck so well that I was able to make my mind real quick.Other than that he and Richard Nelson made sure to get me the best deal with benefit of some good offers.Overall it was a wonderful experience I would say "Keep the good work rolling guys"
