We just had a great experience with GE Smith Electric. They were recommended to us by family.

We had two bathroom vent fans installed and four bedroom fans with lots ghts. All of these fixtures were installed for the first time (not replaced). In other words they had to cut through the ceilings from the attic and run wiring to light switches.

The job was done professionally, using drop clothes and booties on their shoes. Our beds were protected and the floors were left clean! They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Everything looks great! (And our bathroom vent fans are sooo quiet!)

Left me waiting last Friday. No show, no call after I took time off from work to be home for the appointment. This is really disrespectful to people's time and I suggest to at least give a courtesy call or not commit to the appointment if you're overbooked. I do not recommend this business to anybody.

Great experience . The gentleman came in the allotted time frame. Did the job excellently. Very pleased with Ray who should make G E Smith proud!

Gary scheduled an appointment with me for last Friday. I stayed home from work in order to meet Gary, however he was a no show. I called multiple numbers and left messages, I texted Gary. All to no avail, no call back, no respect for my time. Sorry Gary, customer service is everything these days. Even a call back to let me know you were not going to make it would have been the right thing to do
