standard pips are a bit high, no doubt. But if you upgrade to premium, they get much better, and that's the beaty of going with a spreads account I think.

They say read reviews for your broker before you open an account… I liked the fxcess platform, particularly liked that opening an account here doesn't cost a lot, and on top of that 100% deposit bonus is offered. ECN account is a catch, considering how delicious leverage is there. Usually it’s x100, x200, here x500, making trading in choppy forex more favourable. Already withdraw some profits.
