The company that I am VP of has had an account there for 2 years. We paid our balance off back in Nov. 2018 which was about 75G. Customer service sends me an email on April 30th asking for 3 months worth of statements so they can review them also notifies me that we are not able to use our account till they review. So I send them over right away and in this account statements we have kept a monthly balance of 30G also we have never missed any payments any where so our credit is super. I did not hear from them. I figured everything was fine but I called them a month later. They said that they would have someone contact me. Nothing! I just called today June 4th to find out that our account was closed. They stated that they sent an email to me on May 9th saying our account was canceled. Um did not get that. nor a call on why or questions before hand of any problems that they have. I ended up talking to a supervisor M.C. which said that they are sorry for that mistake but that the account has been closed out and that we can reapply. So now I am sure that their is a big hit on the credit of our company for we had 95G of open credit. This is very unprofessional if there was any problems wouldn't it be proper to contact the business about any problems before improperly closing the account? before deciding to go with this company please consider what kind of partner you really what to do business with for this has in some why hurt our credit.
Be careful this is a black market loans !!!! They claim to be working with your bank they are not !!!
