Really disappointed, unfortunately. I’ve moved quite a few times over the years using other companies with no issue, and I went with Move It All this time because the company I’d usually work with was booked. The movers were unprofessional in their behavior throughout the moving process and took much longer than they should have due to being distracted and inefficient. It felt as though we only had one mover instead of two since one of them was talking on the phone, taking long breaks, and moving slowly instead of supporting his partner who was evidently irritated by this behavior. I called to express my concerns and was advised that this may have been a result of being overbooked and using a warehouse worker instead of a usual mover who is more experienced. This is not fair and not what I am paying for. For the inconvenience, I was given one hour taken off of the final invoice, but after the frustrating experience and paying $900+ for a 6 hour job that should’ve been only about $500 and 3 hours, I will not be using or recommending Move It All in the future

PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND FIND A HONEST AND REPUTABLE MOVING COMPANY...THIS IS NOT IT!!! I contacted Move 4 All requesting a quote for our move. I provided detailed descriptions of the items I needed moved to include furniture materials, num of rooms, the home having stairs, the distance between homes while giving exact addresses so they could calculate the distance...I left nothing to question. I was provided a quote for 3 me, the truck, and a 4 hour job. The properties are an hour and a half away, as disclosed. I hired the company based on the quote. The day of the move, when the movers arrived the nightmare began. The first guy off the truck looked at the stairs and told me that he "was going to need to move the light stuff" as it was his "first day back" and he has bad knees!!! I did not hire them to move light stuff; we the light stuff!!! As the day progressed two of the guys disappeared at separate times for 30 to 45 minutes at a time. At one point the foreman asked me if I knew where his guy was!!! The foreman yelled and cursed at one of the workers and threatened to fire him. Instead of taking the one flight of stairs directly to my doo and the truck, they extended time going down a winding hallway to use the elevator; I had never seen anything like this. Three hours later they get the truck loaded!!! Three hours on a 4 hour quoted job with an hour plus drive!!! I expressed concern to the foreman at the 2 hour mark when several pieces of my furniture was still not moved and he told me not to worry! Fast forward to the delivery. They arrived at the house 30 minutes later than they should have and upon unloading, we discovered that they broke the leg of my daughter's dresser!! The manager told me that it wasn't covered due to it being press board and not real wood; that was not disclosed prior to the move!!! The movers then sat in the truck with my items until I finalized my bill with the manager. I paid my invoice for the quoted amount and the manager stated that someone else would contact me for the QUOTE BILL!!!! I was confused and he informed me that I owe an ADDITIONAL $985.00!!! I WAS QUOTED $682.00 which we paid. I demanded a breakdown and the second guy stated that I needed to speak to the first manager because he booked the job and he didn't want to get involved!!! Meanwhile, the movers sat in the truck holding the remainder of my furniture hostage until the additional $985.00 was paid!!! My family assisted because naturally I didn't allocate $1700.00 for a move that was quoted at $682.00!! They dropped my granite top dining room table...twice, putting a crack in the granite and attempted to leave without pu our beds and other pieces back together!!!! I'm retired military so I've moved quite a bit and I've never had such a horrible experience.

Mike, Brandon, & Keith are ROCKSTARS! They moved what would’ve taken us a whole day in a mere 5 hours. And that INCLUDES setting up our furniture and tearing it down which we probably would’ve needed a second day to do. Haha. But seriously, I am HIGHLY impressed with their quick work and skill. This is our second time using this company and they were recommended to us from friends. Now we have more time (and energy) to make our house a home!

Requested a 2 man crew last minute for a loading of a 53’ Dry Van I had next day. Not only were they accommodating with the date and time, they did an excellent job. Crew showed up on time and communicated throughout. Will definitely be using their services in the future. Thanks again!

Curtis runs a great company. I highly recommend them. Pat, Keith, Michael, and Jay were awesome. They were constantly on the move and did a great job. Very professional and organized on both ends of the job.

TERRIBLE!!
Booked them twice. Both times to move our safe.
First move off truck into storage went fine. Second move, of the exact same safe, from storage to our home did NOT happen.
Paid our deposit when booking move.
They show up & say that they are unable to move the safe. They have 3 guys, a rolling platform and a regular truck with a ramp.
They say there is no way to push the safe up a ramp, so they can’t move it.
Well, duh!!!! If you say you can move large safes, shouldn’t you KNOW that you might need a truck with a lift?!!!!!
They said that I should have told them what they would need! Are you kidding me?!!!!
You are supposed to be professional movers who claim that you move safes of all sizes!
What a complete joke!!!!
Then, when I requested our deposit back, since they could NOT provide the service that they claimed they were capable of, they stated, “well, we have to get paid for showing up!”.
WHAT?!!!!!
After speaking with the owner, he originally stated the same thing, then agreed to a refund, which has NEVER been issued!!!
Have made repeated attempts, but after 5 months, STILL NO REFUND!!!!
This company is NOT capable of handling large safe moving!! They are NOT safe movers!!!!
DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!
The next week we hired Legacy Movers.
1 guy showed up, had a lift truck & did the job himself, no problem!! And a great price!!
Do yourself a huge favor and call Legacy Movers!
He said, “yeah, I get a lot of calls where regular movers say they can move large safes & have no clue!”. Just like these guys!!!!!!!

Not only did they help me coordinate my move from Orlando to Guam. They also closed out my storage unit and sort out my stuff to make my move smoother and more affordable. Very professional and accommodating.

Very professional and situationally aware movers. They had a presence that gave my family confidence and peace of mind that our most dearest family heirlooms would be secure and protected. What a great team! The best!!

Honest Review of Move It All

After several disappointing experiences with big-name moving companies, we decided to go local and chose Move It All. Initially, the process with the company’s president, Mr. Curtis D. Hersey, was smooth, and the movers themselves were polite and professional. However, there are a few issues worth mentioning.

First, the time it took to complete the move was excessive. It took eight hours (9 AM – 5 PM) to load our belongings from a third-floor apartment onto two trucks. While I understand that moving from the third floor presents challenges, this seemed unusually long. In contrast, the unloading process at our new home—a single-story house, except for one upstairs room—took only four hours. This imbalance in time raised concerns about efficiency.

Second, during the move, a standing lamp was broken. One of the movers assured us that he would order a replacement on Amazon and even showed us the placed order on his phone. However, to this day, we have not received it. While the lamp itself is not a major loss, the lack of follow-through is disappointing—especially considering the overall cost of the move.

Speaking of cost, we were charged $2,340 for a move that was only 10 minutes away. Based on past experiences with national companies like Two Men and a Truck, this pricing seemed excessive. For comparison, a previous move of similar difficulty (from a second-floor apartment to a third-floor unit) cost only $1,000 and was completed in just five hours. Given these numbers, the pricing felt unreasonably high.

Additionally, another issue remains unresolved: my daughter’s bed, which has built-in LED lights, is now missing its electrical cord. Since the movers were responsible for disassembling and assembling the bed, it’s concerning that the cord is nowhere to be found.

Lastly, our attempts to follow up on the lamp replacement have been met with excuses, with the company insisting that “Amazon sometimes takes a while to deliver.” While this is occasionally true for certain products, a simple lamp head replacement should not take this long. Having ordered from Amazon for years, I know that most items like this arrive within a few days or even the next day. (Sorry, but that’s a lame excuse)

While the movers were courteous, and the initial interaction with Mr. Hersey was pleasant, the overall experience left us feeling overcharged and unsatisfied. Between the excessive time taken, the high cost, the broken item that was never replaced, and the missing bed cord, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend Move It All. I hope they address these issues for future customers.

Requested a local move the day before moving & had excellence experience. They were able to give me a quote within 10 min & book me for the next day. I paid a cheap rate to load and unload my items. I was at work the entire time. Highly recommend & will be back again in the future!

Movers came on time, the move went well, however the only disappointing thing was when they moved all my stuff in the house, they could not take all the things I needed upstairs because they said that it would run over the time and it would cost me extra. From the first conversation on I felt a degree of confidence hard to find these days. And at the move site John and Eugene showed up on time and never stopped until every item was moved with care. To close I never felt I was being taken $$ for a ride. I would use them again without question

The movers were several hours late to pick up the items needed to be moved and were extremely unprofessional in doing so. They just placed everything in one room nearly blocking any ability to enter the building and hindering any chance to walk through the apartment. After they moved everything they charged nearly $400 over the projected cost and screamed at us using profanities when questioned about why the cost was more than they originally stated. Later it was discovered they a tv was broken during the move and when contacting the movers about the tv they told us to send the pictures of the broken tv to a number they provided and claimed was their insurance representative after doing so it took several months to get a response and it turned out that the number was just another mover and not an insurance representative of the company who blamed us for the broken tv. I would rather have moved all the items myself carrying them on my back barefoot then ever use this company again

Move it all! Was Amazing! I called yesterday after another company arrive two hours late and could not fulfill the job in the time frame needed and discussed. Decided to cancel and find another company. I found a Groupon for Move it all. After called several companies for last min move, they were able to assist first thing in the am.
The movers John and Robert moved everything efficiently but with care.after moving several times in the past, I assumed there would be something broken. Happens every time except for this time!

LONG VERSION: I've been a Military Logistician for over 30 years and I know what it takes to move any sized load across the city or around the world. I was soliciting bids to move a single, heavy load less than 50 miles. Move It All LLC easily separated themselves from the competition. From the initial phone conversation, it was very clear that I was dealing with professionals. Less than 24 hours later, I met Calvin, Marcus, & John at the pick-up location. They started by assessing the load, working area, and path to their transportation, along with the desired orientation of the item at the delivery area. Loading and securing took place quickly. At my residence, the same process took place, and within 15 mins, my load was smoothly positioned exactly to specifications. To top all off - they finished under our initial cost estimation. Based on the superior service - and the fact that the crew were great individuals, I made the decision to pay the initial cost estimate. The time and effort I saved by having Move It All do it for me was a great value and WELL worth the cost.

Marcus was the most amazing man I have ever talked to. He helped my step daughter mover her stuff. Not only did he do a great job, but she was crying because she had to move. And because of his kindness and grace. He also talked to her to help her calm down. I've never seen God work though someone like he did with Marcus. We will be calling you guys again.

Not happy with the service at all, I felt because I was a single woman they stretched a 4 hour move to an 8 hour move making me spend my whole first check from my new job and having to borrow from my family. I would not recommend them at all. Since I can't reply I'll just edit my post, Yes I have a 4 bd house but most of the furniture was already gone, I had one bedroom outfit, a little workout equipment and some bins, I caught your guys sitting a wasting time a few times so dont act like they are not jacking up prices on purpose.
