I am beyond happy with my experience with Fuel Powersports! I was debating the 2020 Yamaha R6 since the spring of 2020 as I already have a 2017 CBR300R but it just doesn't have the weight, power, speed, and the bike is pretty small for my physically since I am 6'2". I wanted to wait save my money and buy the Yamaha outright. I would from time to time stop by Englehart Powersports time just fantasize and drool over the 2020 R6. Well one day both that were there were sold. Come to find out they don't make them anymore after the 2020 Model year, so I instantly started looking for a place that still had one. I could only find one in Wisco that was brand new and that was at Fuel Powersports! I instantly got a loan and started working with Dominic right away. He was amazing and made the process super simple, easy, and painless! I plan on keeping this bike for a long long time and I absolutely am in love with it! One thing that could have been improved on is employee product knowledge when it comes to functions and operations of the bike. I am a vehicle salesman as well and in my opinion that is very important! Overall I LOVED the customer service and the integrity of Dominic he did amazing and I will for sure see him for my next purchase down the road! 10 OUT OF 10!!!

First time visiting fuel. Overall great experience. Time frame to get service done was a little longer than should have taken (3 days for alignment check) not a big deal, didn't need it back right away. . HOWEVER when I picked it up, my teryx has never been so clean. They did an amazing job and didn't even know it was going to get cleaned! I'll be back for more.

Bought a new Wolverine in November and the experience hasn't changed. I had an appointment to finalize my purchase and ended up waiting almost 2hrs after that time to get 5 minutes of paperwork complete. The tech who did my walk around knew less about the machine than I did. Today I go in to have the coolant level looked at as it's almost completely empty and has 3 hrs on it. I am told it evaporated, really? How does coolant evaporate in winter with almost 0 use? Tells me as long as you see coolant it is fine, if so, why have a full and low mark on the reservoir? Told me to buy some and top it off. Really? A brand new machine with 3 hrs on it and I should top it off. Head to parts dept, none in stock, surprise! Definitely my last purchase!

I purchased a new Yamaha Super Tenere on 07/18/2020, and I want to commend Andrew (sales) and Jeremy (parts). Andrew was knowledgeable, prompt with responses, and just all around a perfect sales guy. Jeremy is an awesome guy in the parts dept. that helped me find everything on my very specific list of parts/accessories I wanted, was able to have them shipped to my house, and was just a great guy to talk with. Both Andrew and Jeremy are very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate in what they do, and I highly recommend both of them for anything motorcycle related. It's a 2+ hour drive one way for me, but I would go back again without a doubt. Excellent team!

Tried to test drive a motorcycle and ask before I drove an hour to get there through email and called. They never called me back so I went down there. Then when I got down there not only was the bike sold but I couldn t even test ride it anyway. Then they try to sell me something I don t want and when they wound up finding the only motorcycle like in the state I would have to commit to buy the bike before they could even make a phone call. The klcker was that the bike I wanted was a thousand dollars cheaper and the couldn t get another one for that price. I will never go back

I had a great buying experience with Fuel Powersports. When I saw the factory demo 2013 Suzuki DR-Z400SM on the website I called right away. When I spoke with Brandon he was able to answer all my questions regarding the bike, setup fees and the warranty status of the bike. He took my credit card info for a deposit to hold the bike for me. I filled out the credit application online, taking into account how much to put down plus setup, tax, title, license and a little more to round off the numbers. Jeff worked hard on the financing and got me a great deal considering my challenged credit. Once everything was set they gave me a call and I made the two hour drive to pick up the bike. They gave me plenty of time to look over the bike and satisfy that I knew what I was getting into. After about an hour we had all the paperwork signed and they helped me to load the bike into the back of my truck. I'm very happy with everyone that I interacted with at Fuel Powersports and would recommend them highly. Thank you very much.

My wife and I walked in expecting to purchase a middle to lightweight motorcycle. Everything on the floor was large touring bikes or sleds. Not one salesperson approached us. And nearly everyone was not wearing a mask during this mandatory mandate. I'm sorry but there's a fair chance I'll never darken their door again.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait about 20 mins before we were acknowledged by somebody...and it wasn't even a salesperson!

When we finally were connected with a salesman he was very rude and did not seem like he wanted to make a sale...asked for the manager and he was very rude and unprofessional as well.

Made the 50 min trip and Purchased my Yamaha bike from Mukwanago Yamaha and couldn't be more happier. I will not even come here for service on my bike the experience was that bad.

Andrew the salesman was fantastic along with the parts person. The only thing really to complain is when I got my machine, they didn't do a very good job cleaning it. There was mud underneath the frame all over and dead grass near the engine all clumped up. Its not like you couldn't see it. Overall I would go back to buy my next machine.

Just brought in my motorcycle wheels to have some fresh tires mounted, service guy was awesome happily answering all my questions and they even had the the tubes and rim strips I needed in stock and better priced then what I found online, and a quick turnaround despite it being peak riding season. Went here because my buddy bought his KLR from them a couple years back and also had a great experience buying from fuel.

Had the neck bearing redone on my 2004 Meanstreak. Service and knowledge of product was really great. Never tried to up sell me any other services. In fact recomended non OEM product that was superior and less expensive , but allowed me the choice, with out being pressured. I believe I have found my new service center to help keep my Meanstreak performing awesome. Will go back for future motorcycle needs.

Had an ad posted on Craigslist when the vehicle was sold. What a my name and number up front and said he would call me back if the vehicle was available and never did. Drove an hour and a half for nothing had another vehicle in stock with a fresh trade in and wouldn't let me drive it. Good luck

Great service department. I took my '07 Vulcan in there for a tune up and they found a safety recall to investigate on the fuel tank at no charge and noticed some fuel injection codes. Those turned out to just be from a loose wire. They did not take advantage of the issue like some places would have for the profit, nor did they charge unfair labor prices to fix it. My bike got the proper attention and tune-up it needed for an inarguable price. Don't hesitate, give them your ride and let them do their thing.

They would not wave the dealer prep and freight charge for a UTV, I gave them the opportunity to match or get close to Abrams Powersports but they wouldn't, so I moved on. Also they charge nearly double for the documentation fees than others. They also stated that I could either have the sales price or the 2.99% financing but not both. In fact I did get this at the other dealer not sure why I couldn't do this there. I like supporting local but $1,000.00 is worth the drive!

8-16-2017 The owner of Fuel reached out to me and wanted to hear my story. This did change my outlook on this business and shows that they do care and that customer service is a priority. Unfortunately for them I already did purchase a UTV from another business but I would give them another shot for my next purchase to see if anything has changed.

I would give 6 stars if I could. Hands down the best powersports dealer experience I've ever had. The sales staff (Ryan Schrank for MVP!!), parts staff (awesome chatting with you Dale), gear/apparel (badass motoX racer Jeremy - stay safe dude!), Ben the GM, Eric in service, Jeff in finance/paperwork - the bar has been set high. I won't be going anywhere else for my powersports needs from now on. These guys love motorcycles and everything about them - apparently not all powersports dealers employ the same kind of people! Look no further - HIGHLY recommend.

Everyone at Fuel was excellent to work with!! I worked with Ian in sales, Samantha in parts, and Jeff in finance and they were all AMAZING! They answered all my questions and were patient with me while I had to make multiple phone calls to my husband who wasn t able to be there because of work. They made purchasing my first ATV (with a plow) easy and worry free. I would highly recommend Fuel Powersports!!!

I did my deal for a 2019 ktm via email text and phone call. I came in 2 days before we finished the deal just to see the bike (tired of sight unseen junk that looks great in photos and runs like junk in person) 2 days later came to pick up my bike it was as smooth as it could be

We negotiated a good price on the telephone within my price range for waverunner and all included, took the day off work, bought waverunner dolly and got it installed, drove 2 hours to store, just to find out that none of the options were included and to have the price raised 400 dollars.

Bought a Hammerhead Torpedo Go Kart for my boys at Fuel Powersports. Overall their customer service during the sale was excellent. I live three hours away from West Bend but Fuel was the only dealer that had what I wanted so I made the trip. My boys love the go kart but it immediately had engine problems, warranty issues. Fuel was amazing. They sent a driver three hours to pick up the go kart, fixed it, and sent it back. All and all I highly recommend their service department. Fuel's service manager, Dan, was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them.

The business is put together really well. We went there on a SUPER busy day with everyone kicking off spring. Always had an employee to talk to and give us updates. Employees are very professional and eager to help. Traveled 5 1/2 hours and would gladly make the trip again for more toys. Big selection of all wave runners, razors, motorcycles, and trailers for hauling, definitely worth checking out

I don't give any stars, I attempted to surprise my husband for Father's Day which was my child's idea. They don't call you back, when you just go to the store they don't have the proper staff so customer's can see about buying anything. They will take your name and number but completely forget about you after that. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT WASN'T GIVEN. ONLY GIVING BROKEN PROMISES OF CONTACTING YOU!!!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!

In response to the Fuel owners reply to my wife below....
We fully expected to pay sales tax and some fees but you are lying about being upfront. Your Craigslist listing advertised the bike for $2487. Adding $850 destination fee and another $189 service fee makes the bike over $3500 before tax and title....so you say that's upfront? I say that I guess it's too much to expect upfront honesty from some dealerships.

I didnt end up buying anything, stopped in to look at all the cool things. Dealership looked nice and everyone was super friendly. Really love the photos that are on your website they accurately show what the vehicle will be when you see it in person. I might stop in again i really like that yellow slingshot they have on the sales floor.

I've wanted a four wheeler for a long time and haven't had the greatest financial past. That being said when I went in to look at the unit I wanted I thought there was no way I'd ever get it. Fuel worked their magic and got me hooked up with the wheeler I wanted with decent financing. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an ATV/UTV. They will go out of their way to gurantee your satisfaction.

Headed over to Fuel after a friend's referral. I met with Ben in sales, He had me work with a very knowledgeable young man, CJ. I was treated extremely well. It was a very busy day and I knew that it would take some time to get all the paperwork done. They made sure I was not just sitting around the entire time, introducing me to parts and service so I had points of contact should I need them. I got a very fair deal which is all I asked for. I will make sure all friends and family in the market go here. Top notch dealer in my book, Thank you all for the great experience and fantastic Sled.

Our sales representative was very friendly and listened to our needs and use of the UTV we wanted to purchase and sold what fit us best and didn't try to up sell to more than our needs. My husband, son & I all visited separately due to schedules and we were all treated with respect and helpful to re-explain to each of us the features, differences, etc.
The purchase experience was nice and each associate from sales, accessories, maintenance & finance all were so helpful and friendly and made us feel happy & proud of our purchase.
The variety of brands & products, huge building and location are all awesome. Could use a little more land to do a better test drive of the off road units.
Definitely recommend them for your sport vehicle needs!

Terrible experience. Put money down on a motorcycle and when I asked for payment instructions to purchase the bike, was told that the item had been sold. Since I allowed other opportunities to expire, the failed transaction cost me time and money. Prior to the purchase, I sent multiple emails and placed multiple calls that went unanswered - I should have taken that as a sign of the lack of professionalism at this dealership. I would not recommend them as no offer of compensation, and no contrition was expressed. While mistakes can happen in any situation, I don't believe the dealership's explanation - sales are fundamental to a dealership's business and I don't think this was a mistake. Stay away.

Follow up: the owner s response is not genuine. Why would I give this dealership another chance to waste my time and money? The whole point of a deposit is to establish a commitment to purchase and block other deals from being made. The bike I placed my deposit on is still being advertised on the website, so either the dealership is being deceitful and the bike is not available for sale, or the salesman was being deceitful and the bike hasn t actually sold. Either way this experience is an example of all that is wrong. I purchased the same motorcycle from Freedom Cycle in NH, paying a bit more, and brought it home on Friday. I still have a very bitter taste though after this experience.

Update 2: As of Jun 15th, Fuel Powersports is still advertising the motorcycle for sale, but it's BS. They either don't have this motorcycle and are using it to start a conversation with an eager buyer with whom they will bait and switch, or they do have it and do not plan to sell it at the advertised price. Either way this is a deceitful practice and is indicative of the lack of integrity at Fuel Powersports.

I had to order a few bolts to mount the rear rack on my Polaris because they did not have any in stock. I paid more for shipping than the parts. A week after I ordered the bolts I was called and told to pick them up. I called them and reminded them that I paid for shipping. I was told that they were going to ship them to me that day. It has been 10 days and still no parts. After waiting a week I emailed them to ask for an update and only received the automatic response that someone was going to be in contact with me. I was not contacted back so I called them today and was put on hold long enough to be transferred to voicemail. I left a voicemail and still have not been contacted. If you do business make sure that you physically take the merchandise with you because you might either get it really late or never at all.

Internet posted price of $1149.99 for a small 50cc Yamaha trail bike. Then tried to tack on $486 for setup and freight then another $189 in doc fees bringing the total tot almost $1800. While I fully understand these fees, that's almost 60 percent mark up without any taxes, registration or title. As others have said make sure to shop around based on the out the door price not the sale prices posted. The dealers can choose to charge doc fees and what to charge for setup so while they might be something that is done they are not taxes or government fees that must be collected and are fully in the dealers control to set.

In reply to the dealer reply. If you read my post it says that dealers can choose to charge doc fees and what to charge for set up. Following federal and state law is part of the cost of doing business and the business can choose how to incorporate those requirements into their pricing. The federal law cited does not prescribe a set fee for the consumer (i.e. it is not a federal tax there are other similar requirements for businesses to follow in order to be in business) it requires dealers to run your name (a social security number is not a requirement) through a database (similar to the do not fly list). Also, in terms of fair credit reporting requirements, this was going to be a cash transaction so no information related to my credit would not have been collected or maintained. The transaction would have also been well under the $10,000 cash limit that would have required additional federal paperwork so that wouldn't have kicked in either. My only point here is that you should be careful in the advertised price verses the OTD price. A 60% markup in price without taxes, title and/or registration is pretty excessive in my opinion.

Just bought a Yamaha MT 07. Brett Butler was my salesperson and was awesome. I m new to the motorcycle world and he went at my pace and didn t rush. I even changed my mind about which bike I wanted at the last minute and he took care of it no questions asked. My next stop was to the gear rep, Austin. He took his time to explain all the options on all the gear I wanted. Kyle should also be mentioned because he is somewhat new to riding also and gave me some fresh perspective on what to expect my first time out.Great staff here, I highly recommend Fuel and thanks again To everyone that helped me. Go to fuel for all your powersports needs and ring that bell!

So im not gonna completely dog these guys with a 1 star rating because the transaction never got far enough to completely, and fairly rate their customer service.
A few months ago, mid February to early March, I contacted the dealership because of my interest in a Yamaha VMAX. As i spoke with this particular gentleman, i explained, I just want an "out the door" approximation on the total cost. I already was approved by my financial institution for the loan. I just wanted an approximate cost to go through financing options with my bank, cause like i said, i was already approved for a bike loan. He said, well theres alot of others costs involved, to which i answered, yes i am aware of the..shipping, setup, tax, title, license..i get it. I just need an approximate cost so i can deal with my lender. He then said, well we gotta get you up here....run your credit and...I was just like...so he hasnt listened to a word ive said. Now mind you, i started off by saying...i am seriously interested in the bike, but i need this particular information. He just didnt seem like he was taking me seriously, and after requesting just a approximate price, never follwed up with me at all. So the next dealership i called did this, Emailed me, from an online inquiry, within 10min. So i bought the vmax the next day, obviously not from these guys. Your arrogance cost you a possible loyal, and future return customer not to mention a substantial sale. Nice job, keep up the good work.

Purchased a new grizzly 700SE We were paying cash but they begged us to finance it so they could get the credit and then pay it off immediately and for us doing that the 1st oil change and service was included. And come time to have it done they lost their memory. We were told at delivery everything was written in a little USB drive including the 1st service and it was not. If you purchase a vehicle from them make sure it is in writing and in your hand.
