My son is in Grove one right now, this place is horrible, they are always 2-3 hrs late on his pain medications

The staff that prepares the organizational routines and rehab is very good. The day to day routine on the floor is very poor. My brother was in the grove section for rehab for a broken hip. It was very painful and he was treated very poorly with very little respect. Lights in rooms on all the time as patients need to go to the bathroom but not enough help and those there just don't care on there bad days. One day I saw two nurses in the same section taking there lunch together. Now when they are short handed why is that appropriate. Additionally if you are unable to get out of bed and need to relief yourself you should get help without waiting for 25 minutes at least. Additionally My brother had the wrong TV remote and could not change the channel for over 2 days. We asked repetitively. He could not even shut the TV off to sleep which I am sure bothered not only my Brother but his roommate. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

To who it may concern. Each one of the nurses and nurses aids knows nothing about the conditions of the patience here. They have no communication with each other How I know this I am one of the patience here. I have been here since April 31 2019 to July 14 2020. I have been struggling with Hydrocephalus and Minearse dieseas.

My grandma is was a resident at Brighton for rehab. She had a broken hip and had surgery to fix it and needed a little rehab. When I often came to visit her she never had any complaint. I am a nurse in a facility in Ohio so I am very picky and judgmental. The care she received was good and she loved going to rehab. She talked about the activity girls very highly, especially a girl with long curly hair. The nursing staff did there best given some circumstances but that s every place you go. The one nurse Danielle stood out to me, she was very caring towards my grandma and always went about and beyond for her. There is no denying this place has some flaws but again so does everywhere even my building. My grandma is home and happy and still often talks about her stay there and some of the little old ladies she became friends with.

if your from Louisiana or a relocate PLEASE DONT COME DOWN HERE!!! & don t even second guess it because your going to regret it!

I have been at Brighton Rehab since February 2018. My stay so far has been excellent. The staff is wonderful, they treat me like family. It is very home like here. The activities are great. We are having a party today and dressing up for Halloween. I highly recommend this facility, I can no longer stay at home alone and this is good for me.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our stay was only temporary in the short term area, but the room was clean and brightly decorated. Dietary restrictions were closely followed by the staff. We were very pleased with the level of care we received.

I was a patient twice in 2 years The doctors I had were kind and listened to my concerns Most of staff was there for you but I found night shift didn t answer bell but I usually was able to go and get some things I needed but this was after weeks of excellent therapy from physical and occupational therapist. The owners are the reason I gave such a low review they are cutting cost so much it s starting to affect the patients I hope I don t need to return and in the future I won t recommend the facility

My father in law resides at this place currently. Some good, some bad. He started on the short term side but had to move to long term and I was not happy because it is not as pretty but with that being said, the care is consistently good. The social worker is helpful. The food is not home cooked but it isn t anywhere. The place is much improved from being the county home. Overall, I would use again and family is happy with his progress and social interaction.

I spent a couple of months here. I had 2 great carers and a couple of great nurses. Staff that genuinely care and create a relaxing atmosphere. Plus a carer that buys you coffee and soda listens to your bs day in day out
