Fresca Foods Inc. is an average company. I have been working here for a while and I can say that the overall experience is neither good nor bad. This review is about one of the people who work at Fresca (or one of their companies). I was on a Southwest flight from and a woman who worked with Fresca was sitting near me. I try not to look at others' computers during flights, but it was a bit hard given that this woman blatantly ignored the instructions from the flight crew to put laptops away. It was hard not to notice. The flight crew explicitly asked those of us who were near this woman put our laptops away at least twice. The woman seemed to indicate that she would put it away and so the flight attendants sat down. But no. This woman kept working on her laptop all the way to the gate. She was working on a thank you email for someone named Jason. I appreciate the importance of thanking people like Jason, but was it that important? Many of us had work to do that we also believe is important. But we did what was asked of us and put it away. I was surprised that Fresca people somehow believe that they are not bound by the same rules (especially given that they say that their focus is on community). If something had happened upon landing, it would have meant that her laptop would be flying through the air towards me or another passenger from the community.

It is difficult to write a good review about a shipper that does not answer their loading dock door. In the last 20 minutes, I have hit the attention buzzer 43 times.

It is made worse by them having no valid way to reach anyone in the warehouse without knowing their name in the dial by name directory.

They might be great after they open their door to their business partners, but first impressions mean a great deal.
