It has always been excellent service. Just make sure you listen and give them all your proper information.

I was excited to support a local business but as a brand new customer today, I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. Having never been inside to pick up a prescription I wasn t completely aware of where to go and assumed it was the back pharmacy area where I saw someone else talking to a pharmacist. I waited until the person left and then moved to the plexiglass to wait my turn. There were five or six people working and everyone saw me but no one said hello, I ll be right with you, or acknowledged my presence. It wasn t until another customer came in to the store and walked to the cash registers where someone promptly ran out from behind the pharmacy and greeted him that I realized that must be where I should go to pick up my prescription.
I was again put off when someone that I am guessing might have been the pharmacist came over to explain my child s prescription and then handled the syringe he would be putting in his mouth with her bare hands.

This locally owned business continues to thrive in the face of competition from big box national chains precisely because of its friendly staff and excellent personal service. Another reviewer claimed to have received poor service, but having been a steady customer here for many decades, that has not been my experience.

Very business like,friendly, knowledgeable and fast and efficient.
