the free people on walnut is the same as anywhere else in terms of design and display. the difference is it is much smaller than others. the doors are pretty awesome, though. they have a small sale rack in the back of the store. the price is pretty expensive, as all free people stores are. check the sale rack.

Love the store. They always have great finds, but some items come at a price.
The girls here are always so nice and friendly without being overly pushy. They let my bf sit on the ledge while he waits for me to shop lol
Their service is beyond horrible, totally incompetent, completely discourteous, and deliberately uncooperative. For some unknown reason,. they shipped my Christmas order to Mexico City instead of Albuquerque New Mexico.
I have had to contact them 6 times, that's right 6 separate phone calls, placed on hold each time of course, about the non-delivery of one single item.
I still have not received the item, they refused to give me a refund for the item they couldn't deliver to me at all let alone on time, and they told me if i disputed the charge they would block my account.
In summary, NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND AND ABSOLUTELY NO COOPERATION.
I will never try to do business with this company again and I suggest you think carefully before giving them your money for any reason whatsoever
I really do like what this store represents, whenever I go to the store I never feel uncomfortable and I do love the clothing. In my opinion their clothing run a bit big so its best to buy one size down if you normally wear large buy a medium unless u like your clothing a little loose. Overall nice brand and professional staff.
My favorite FP store! Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and they have a great selection of products.
None of the clothes on the mannequins were for sale in store or online, they were just for pictures as the store was in a transitional period . I carried two armfuls of clothing around for 20 minutes and no one asked if they could put anything in a fitting room for me. I then waited an additional 10 minutes for a fitting room because they were all full. Don t bother going here until they sort their store out.
Went to return $900 worth of clothes, cashier forgot to refund 400 so we had to go back; she acted like it wasn t a huge deal to forget that and acted like we were a pain.
Knowing the history of FP I had to visit the Philly flagship store. And it did not disappoint. Left the store with more items than I intended.
My wife and I are based in London and she recently purchased items via their website. They claim they were delivered and even signed for and we know they were not and they have no empirical evidence to show us. I plead to anyone reading More
The staff was so sweet. Especially the awesome individual who helped me find a particular bodysuit. Hey girl, hi.
Me and my daughter was racially profiled and asked for our bags to be checked.
