Buyer beware! I was given a gift from this shop that didn t work out. My mother gave me the receipt and the purchase was within the stated return period on the receipt. Not only would the store not honor their stated policy and allow me to make a return or exchange, or get store credit, but the employee was not even remotely apologetic or kind about it. If you want to be treated rudely, feel free to come here!

Beautiful store, staff nice, quality assortment. Second largest of the 3 local Hallmark stores.

Very friendly service and carries all the Hallmark ornaments.
