Excellent dealer. I bought a Mercedes S 600 L class, a real beast of a car. There were a few issues and they picked it up the following day after I took delivery. Jay ensured the repairs and new sensors were fitted along with all the other items that had previously been missed by Mercedes main dealer services, transmission service, new sparks, brakes etc.
Honest and straight forward car dealers are hard to come by.
Clean showroom, clean cars they mostly appear in top 5 cheapest in Autotrader

I bought a CLK from these guys nearly a year ago and the service was wonderful. The shop itself was very nice, great customer service and aftersales. The car also came with a 6 month warranty for that extra security. Very happy with the car too, exactly as advertised and still using it daily without any issues. Great dealer 10/10!
Jay and his team provide excellent service and sold me a beautifully prepared car that is clean inside and out, the engine is spotless and real care and consideration has been taken over selling it to me in good order with their reliable help, good character and integrity. I usually hate changing cars, having to faff around selling the old one and then dealing with dodgy wheeler dealers giving you the hard sell.... It really is something of a nightmare for me. But not this time!!
These guys were fantastic. No sales patter, no hard sell, just a really friendly family business doing everything they can to give you great cars at really competitive prices.
They spent ages fielding my questions about the new car and also gave me a great part ex deal on my old car.
I really can't say enough good things about these guys. Well worth the 600mile round trip from Cornwall to get exactly what I wanted.

As the dealership states no pressure to buy and is run as a friendly family business of which I can confirm first hand this statement is certainly 100% correct. The communication throughout (and after) has been excellent. Everyone I encountered have been extremely friendly and helpful. The car was wonderfully presented and FRC went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of before the car was picked up. I would have no hesitation to buy from this company again and would highly recommend them.
