Framealive is a startup run by audiovisual professionals, engineers, and entrepreneurs that aims to simplify and democratize Augmented Reality by letting users turn static content into dynamic content through an image in under a minute. They serve both consumers (B2C) for reliving personal moments and businesses (B2B) for customer engagement, offering a generic app (FrameALIVE App) and tailored-made solutions with users retaining control of their data. Based on the reviews, however, customers describe Framealive as a company that sells frames and frame products online rather than discussing Augmented Reality services.
Based on the reviews on file, no recurring complaints stand out; the lowest ratings are 3 out of 5 and those reviewers still expressed satisfaction with quality, pricing, and delivery, just with less enthusiasm than higher-rated reviewers. It isn't clear from the information available that any specific common complaint exists, as even the 3-star reviews are broadly positive.
