Our programs cover topics such as unconscious bias training, effective communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, leadership development for women/men etc.

Research & Advocacy: At Frac we conduct research on various aspects related with gender equality at work place like wage gap analysis etc., which helps us identify trends & patterns that can be used as evidence-based advocacy tools when working with policy makers or other stakeholders who are interested in advancing gender equality agenda.

Networking Opportunities: We organize networking events where people can meet others who share similar interests or goals related with gender equality at work place like mentoring circles etc., which helps them build relationships that can lead towards professional growth & development.
