Mr. Fountas is very helpful. I was informed about the problems with sending the books and that they did not come because of them and not because of negligence. I can't justify the lack of information, however, something that led to the late receipt of the book (in physical presence).

It is not the responsibility of the publishing house for the anarchy that prevails in the distribution of books. It is the fault of the state that it has not covered the cost of sending them, so each house must pay these costs on its own. Whoever has the opportunity, let's go and get them from there...
