Three years ago I bought a second-hand car from them. Almost immediately afterwards had a lot of costs on the car, with the following problem occurring immediately after repair. Now recently I had a problem again, this time with the battery, which was then replaced with a new one when sold. I had clearly informed the garage that I first wanted a quote before having the car made due to the many costs over the past three years. However, after towing the car and some time later, I get the message that the car has been repaired and the corresponding invoice has been presented. The bill was, I say, disproportionate as they failed to find the underlying problem but charged all man hours and the new battery. This indicates pure money beating. I am deeply disappointed with the way things are going at this garage and this is the last time they have seen me there.

They are the first to sell if you have enough time. Car was still dirty on delivery, limited explanation. They have not heard of after sales and service. If you buy a car of 45-50k, you can count on a worthy replacement car, but that even leaves something to be desired. 1st and last time I bought a car there. They don't see me anymore ..

A month ago I made an appointment via the Ford website for a test drive at this garage. I got the message that the garage was going to contact me as soon as possible. After a month I am still waiting for a call.

Then I called myself last Monday. In the end, it turned out today, Wednesday, that a car was available that was closest to what I wanted and that I could take a test drive with.
When I appeared in the garage at 10:30 am, the car just turned out not to be there ...
With the words that he would be there the next day and I had to come by, I could go back home.

One would think that Ford, and more specifically Garage Driesen, would make a little effort for a potential customer, but I have serious doubts about that.
