FOCO is a planned 24-hour gym in Villanueva de la Cañada, with an opening targeted for 2027. It will offer year-round access through a personal key fob and feature a strength-focused training area with racks, bars, and free weights, along with a mobile app showing real-time gym occupancy. The project is offering 300 founder memberships at €34.90 per month for life, plus a discounted "valle" option at €27.90 per month that excludes weekday peak hours. The gym is being developed by Fernando Artiach, and prospective members can reserve a spot without payment until the club opens.
