I do not advise anyone in dealing with flydubai for a number of reasons and problems they have, the first of which is ..
1. There is no service after the sale of the airline ticket
2. Staff dealt very badly in offices (and locate the Deira Dubai branch office)
3. The plane has no electricity to charge the phone, no air conditioner, no television, and the food provided is not good.
The problem is that they bear the name of the best city in the world and they do not deserve it.
I can compare their services like a regular bus on the public line.
They cannot be compared to large airlines such as Emirates Airlines, Saudi Arabia, Royal Jordanian or Gulf Airlines
