Love this place. Mostly a women's boutique but they have a men's line of casual clothing and footwear that you won't find anywhere else in this part of the country. The manager and sales staff were pleasant and helpful but not pushy. I'll definitely go there again and again.

Flutter is such an amazing shop, I always find something unique and lovely for my lady. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the way the shop is set up is very inviting and easy to browse. Its definitely a must see place when you're walking the beautiful streets of downtown newburgh.
