Great customer service! The treatment is awesome, I go there as often as I can to recover from a tough week of training. Highly recommended
Excellent customer service. I went in knowing very little about cryotherapy and Jason gave lots of great information. Cryotherapy facial was fantastic. Going back again and other services. Thank you.
Great Place, its the only place like it in all of Monterey county.....just wish they had better parking, other than that I get in whenever need be.

Personally great experience. Great atmosphere and very nice staff
I have been going for about 9 months sporadically for the cryotherapy chamber, cryo facials and now the red light therapy, it's awesome & I know it's helping me both inside/out!
Amazing place! Jason is super knowledgeable and friendly, learned so much in the little time i was there, will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend everyone to at least try it!
Jason runs a first class facility. The cryotherapy works as advertised (and I doubted it when I first went in), but after 6 sessions I have more energy, feel better and have lost 2 pounds to boot. I highly recommend this treatment as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Very friendly staff. This is the best experience I have ever had dealing with body recovery. Everyone needs to try it atleast once.
