It is hard to put into words how terrible my experience has been with FleetPartners. I started a small car rental company and brought on FleetPartners to help us with our growing business. I was sold by the great sales pitch and how easy they would make it and they would be there to support us on the journey.
Then comes Covid-19 that has completely decimated our business. Rentals stopped almost overnight. We contacted Fleet Partners in early March to try and work through this together as we had lost most of our business. Despite constant contact from our side it would take weeks to get replies from them. Despite representatives of FleetPartners giving me hope we could come to a resolution next thing I know they have the debt collectors on me and are demanding the cars back and threatening to bankrupt me. I was not asking for a free ride but the have shown no compassion or any sort of empathy during what is an unprecedented time for the world. In a time we should be all coming together they have instead their their own corporate profit over human lives and are trying to put our small family business into receivership.
For example, to return just one of our cars early they are trying to charge me close to $11,000. This is on a car they said had a value of around $12000. They will then sell this car easily as it is a Toyota Corolla in high demand making a huge profit, meanwhile, we are having to lay off staff and close our business that I have worked tirelessly for the last few years building up.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not lease from this company. I am happy to answer any questions if anyone is thinking of leasing from FleetPartners.

As a customer, can t fault them. Good pricing on what I leased compared to competitors. Account Manager has always been contactable, and I was kept up to date with their new IT system switch. Would definitely lease again through them.

As a rental company we have always tried to put our customers first. This is the exact opposite of the experience you will receive at FleetPartners. They are currently trying to put us out of business and don't even have the decency to reply to our emails. Despite many attempts from our side it has been close to a week since they last time they responded to us (which was a threat from the collections team I should add). Please do not support any businesses like FleetPartners that show a complete lack of compassion in what is an unprecedented time for the world. Trying to make excessive profits off small companies you know have been hit hard by the pandemic is extremely low.
