Yeah buddy! This place is awesome for lunch! Had a great experience here with my buddy as we were both starving from a day biking Charleston. I cant remember our servers name but he was very friendly and professional. The staff greets you and really makes an effort to keep your wait as short as possible. The food options are quite grand and the prices are not as nearly as high as one would imagine for the area. The dessert was probably the best part though the salmon too was cooked to perfection. If you choose to sit outside you re in for a great view. I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Great seafood restaurant with beautiful views of the harbor. The seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection. The ambiance is relaxed, a bit noisy in fact, and the staff is friendly. Make sure you have reservations as this is a popular place to eat.

Overall: A great outdoor dining spot for seafood and harbor views.

The good: Lots of outdoor seating, which is the main reason why we went. The indoor space is large and spacious as well, and has a great atmosphere, but we wanted to be by the water. Had to wait an hour for a table, but sitting outside at the bar was a nice way to pass the time (plus they have a great bar menu!). We split 3 apps and they were all great. The "steak calamari" is thick, well-breaded, delicious, and comes with two great sauces. The hush puppies were tasty and had a nice sauce with them, and the crab dip was flavorful as well. Service is friendly all around.

The not-so-good: A little expensive, given that the food isn't high class. It's good, but it's not 5-star restaurant good. But that's okay! Be prepared to wait for a table, assuming you aren't lucky enough to get a reservation.

One of the BEST local restaurants we ate ate. It was so good the first time, we had to come back again! If there s a wait, it s worth it! The outdoor dining is spectacular, even if it s hot out, it s still shaded and cool. The food and drinks are AMAZING! Also pretty fair prices for the quality and quantity of food.

Awesome experience second time eating here. First time was almost 4 years ago on our first trip to Charleston. We stopped in on a busy night and got some appetizers which were great.

This most recent visit was superb though. I ordered the swordfish with mashed potatoes and coleslaw as the sides and it was all excellent! They also have a great bar so I treated myself to a couple drinks as well. Our waiter was very nice and pleasant, more than willing to answer any questions we had. Wish I remembered his name!

We also got to sit outside on the back deck which has a sweet view of the bay area and was surprisingly not too busy on a Wednesday evening.

Overall, if you're in Charleston, it's well worth coming here for dinner for an evening. I really hope my next visit to Charleston isn't in another 4 years so I can eat here again sooner!

The food was excellent. My husband had the seafood pasta and I had the crab cakes entree. The string beam was really good, not from a frozen bag that may restaurant uses. We were seated out side, having dinner I was excited to watch two Dolphins jump out of the water. I will definitely be back.

I asked a local where a few good places to eat were and he recommended Fleet. We didn't have a reservation so luckily we were there early and only had to wait 20 min. Food and service were amazing!! Just what I had been looking forward to... having a wonderful fresh seafood dinner while looking out at the ocean. We left there on cloud nine.

A must when visiting! Parking is now right next door and only $5. Perfect parking location for exploring. Food and service are 100% spot on. Best calamari I have ever had!! Everything is so fresh. Beautiful views!! Highly recommend!! Make a reservation- you will need it!!

This place is excellent! Great service and food! Prices are reasonable and atmosphere is enjoyable. We did wait for almost an hour but it was peak time. You will need to pay $5 for parking but you can stay there all day and go walk around to nearby shops. The hushpuppies were delicious, albeit we were slightly disappointed they only came with two. The triggerfish sandwich was excellent and pasta salad side was wonderful. We would 100% return.

A solid choice for casual waterfront dining in downtown Charleston. I came for Sunday brunch with my family. The crowd seems to be mostly tourists with some locals mixed in. My cocktail was good, the quiche special I ordered was a generous slice, and the creme brulee I had for dessert was great. Outdoor dining was enjoyable on a warm day thanks to the umbrellas that block direct exposure to the sun and birds. Service is good. Not an overly memorable place but a good backdrop for a friend/family hangout.
