Horrible mobile service experience on my TL140. Service department doesnt clearly explain up front pre auth charges. Poorly managed dispatch team. Poor communication on arrival times. Then wanted to charge me $1300.00 dollars for 10 mins of diag time. Never again. Stay away

I supposedly bought a loader through Steve, signed purchase agreement, they called back after I sent them the money and got financing in order. They decided to not take it off rent and tell me they can't sell it anymore, supposedly the owner was gonna call and never did... What a joke

Fantastic company! Josh the compact equipment account manager was patient with us over the course of a few months; until we found the correct machine that suited our budget, preference, and needs. We ended up getting an amazing deal at a fraction of the cost. Josh also personally delivered the machine from Tampa to our shop in Lakeland. The customer service and quality were a great experience. Dropped our track loader off on a Monday after talking with them on the phone that we needed it back by the end of the week. The following Tuesday I contacted as I had heard nothing. Was told would get on it that day. By Friday had heard nothing again. Contacted and they said it s done. Asked how much it was and they had no idea. Didn t know until we picked it up. We picked it up and it was leaking hydraulic fluid where it was not when we dropped it off. Just had another mechanic check it out and 2 of the hoses were never tightened. I won t ever be doing business with Flagler again.
