Horrible customer service. I had an awful experience with the guard name Werlington Peralta, he is super rude to clients. I asked him a question and he was annoyed by it and answered it in a rude and guetto tone, I thought I was speaking to a criminal. My concern is how can this company hired that type of individuals? Answering questions isn t that part of their job as a security? Just insane
I actually work for FJC. While the pay can be better. I enjoy working for them. Account management is decent, and, so is my assign post, a NYC Agency.

I spent 3 years here. Best security company I ever worker for in the mid 2000's. I worked in family shelters and at the Deparment of Homeless Services headquarters on Beaver street in lower Manhattan where the Commissioner works. Great times. I think they might be out of business now though because I recently called to find out about employment for a friend and the lady who answered directed me to the Allied Barton website... Did they get bought out by Allied Barton universal?
The security are great and the pay is not that bad but the management at this location is terrible they are very unprofessional and talk down to the security personnel apply with caution
Worst place to work, your account manager will NEVER pick up when you call! And they place you in the worst site with NO BATHROOMS!!!!
