Great place for dinning out. Even to meet people with the same interest.. Toastmasters.

very bad customer service, won't even pick up an ex-serviceman from a Motel in the area to attend a dinner there because he is not member of YOUR personal club, but is an RSL member.
whether a member or not, people spend money there. Other clubs in this area very happy to pick you up, member or not !!

Club fivedock is always clean & tidy - has a restaurant and a play area for young children

Visiting this club after a really long Time. Really impressed with the renovations. The club looks bright and airy. Furniture and layout is very modern. I visited when the club was just getting busy and I could soon see that it is a very popular place for locals. Had a coffee and the staff member who made it was very friendly and helpful which was the case with all other staff I interacted with. Only wish parking was easier. Highly recommended and well worth a visit.

Tiny club, no parking and very small kids area to play.

Awesome feeling good music and food and great staff ..

Kept immaculate, and staff were all friendly. Will stay for a meal next time.

Great dancing space with a salsa band once a month. Salsa lesson and DJs. Excellent value for money and a bar inside the dance room. 3 dance floors.

Over-priced, average food and a layout that M C Escher would even find puzzling. One positive is the kid's play area with camera so concerned parents can see what their children are doing. Still, there are far better options in this part of the world

Great place to come for a quick delicious inexpensive dinner. Usually has done firm of entertainment (pop or light rock)

First timers at Club Five Dock and we became members! Their 5 year membership is only $20, and it comes with interesting perks including: a $15 meal voucher, 4 drinks vouchers, a Keno voucher and raffle vouchers. As we went for lunch, signing up for their membership was a no-brainer ;-)
We were in a group of 7 adults with 2 kids, and their 5 Elements Restaurant is a great place to have lunch in as there's a cool play area for the kiddos so you can keep an eye on the kids while you're having a meal.
I ordered their "Roast broccoli and cauliflower salad with fetta" which was amazingly good, while my hubby got their burger with fries (he enjoyed it). A member of our party ordered the Nachos and she said they were lame, and wouldn't order them again. Her husband had the steak sandwich and it looked great. Another member of our party ordered the prawns dish with rice and she really enjoyed it: there were many prawns in her dish. Her husband ordered the salmon and said it was pretty good, with a great veggie accompaniment, though the salmon was a tad overcooked. I ordered their house red and it was a generous pour.
Nice place for a party as there's plenty of tables, decent prices, and generous food portions!

I was there last night and ordered nachos, not only did the meat not taste right, I have experienced food poisioning. I have had other great experiences from this rsl

Not easy to find parking around there. Latin night has great music but the dance floor is small

I blacklisted this place for a long time. Their food always used to let them down - overcooked, lack of flavour and underwhelming.That was disappointing as they have a wonderful kids area for the kids to play in plus Club Five Dock is only a short walk away.

As a last resort we went for dinner there last week. I tried to convince hubby to go elsewhere but alas, I lost the battle. I'm so happy to see they have stepped up their game... A LOT! The dumplings we ordered for entree were nice. The $10 steak was really good. Honestly, the steak surprised the heck out of me as previously (years ago) I ordered rare and steak came out overcooked with no sauce. For a fussy steak eater this was a travesty. Well done Club Five Dock... keep it up! Big improvement. We'll now happily return.

Five Dock RSL Club
Is a modern club with lots of food choices. It also has a well stocked bar and great service though out the club. Well worth the visit if your in Five Dock.

Tried the 5 Elements restaurant. Ordered for Scotch Fillet along with mashed potato on the side. Mashed Potato was a bit expensive at $6.50. Steak was succulent and juicy. Loved the flavour. Great food along with good service. All the staff members were very friendly and made the whole experience a pleasant one.

Open warm atmosphere, great food catering area, welcoming and genuine excellent experience.

No complaints, food arrived quickly and hit the spot.

Just the meals shanks yummy fish and chips good people friendly.

Bistro needs help. Not enough vegetables served with meat dishes.

The restaurant and environment are really good. The Sunday night trivia is also a blast.

Always been a good club. Found OK and the staff great.

There are free mahjong here on Saturdays and Saturdays, and the winners receive a bonus.

Great Club, Awesome atmosphere, Fantastic Staff, and Dinning Great place for a Family meal

It's an RSL. It does what it says on the tin. Limited range of beers, the sports bar is a sports bar with plenty of screens. The restaurant has a glass room with play equipment if you need to keep the kids busy. Overall atmosphere is pretty closed in and stuffy but it's big, clean and affordable.

The Club is good in general, but the bistro is over priced for the food.

This place has a great kids play area setup for small kids.

Good for families. Standard RSL food. Staff are friendly. Great play space for kids age 4 and up. Kids are in a glass box! Papa pattiserie desserts too!

Food was good,
paid for $20 membership and got $50 worth of food/drinks.
Very clean as well.
