We have tried a few different companies to host our resident events. We decided to use Fitcasa and our residents have never been more impressed. I wish we would have started using their services sooner!

Worked with Fit Casa at an event and was impressed with their friendly staff who were on top of everything. They did a great job planning all the details, were very organized and the guests had a blast!

We are so pleased with Fitcasa and their events! Our residents LOVE coming to every one that we host due to the friendliness, beautiful set ups and amazing food! Our Chili Bar was such a big hit last night and it was delicious. Thank you Fitcasa!!

The Red wine shine event was such a great turn out! The residents really enjoyed themselves. The grilled chicken flat bread was deliciously paired with a wonderful selection of red wines. Thank you again Fitcasa for another successful event!

VENDORS BEWARE! We were invited by Emily to provide photo booth service from 5-7 pm in San Antonio at a local apartment complex. As a courtesy, we setup 2-5 hours prior to start-time to ensure a smooth and professional process. Upon my arrival, there was confusion between the FitCasa crew and apartment complex staff. The agreed location where Emily had instructed us had changed from indoor to outdoor with no access to power (eventually corrected by apartment complex). In addition to all the confusion, we had NOT been paid our balance. Our contract states the "remaining balance" is due 10 days prior to event. HOWEVER, the day of ( after several request with no response) after our services had been rendered, we were eventually paid via a FitCasa staff member. She claimed the funds were from her personal account (her words) and it was very clear she was upset, originally claiming she did not have enough funds in her account. We were very responsive to Emily's MULTIPLE footer graphic changes due to her lack of communication with THEIR customer, the apartment complex. However, we did not receive the same level request for payment. Shortly after the end of our contract, we were notified by "Chris" demanding us to "LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY". I did not recognize this person. Never spoke or worked with the person, however, he rated us a one star for "being pushy". If asking for payment for services rendered is pushy, THEN FUTURE VENDORS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

San Montego Apartment homes, Managed by Pinnacle brought on Fitcasa to do our resident event this past weekend. We where to have the party outside but due to the rain the staff was accommodating and was able to move indoors. Everybody who worked the resident event was very nice From the Dj, the food, and setting up. I have had nothing but positive reviews from my resident letting us know how they thoroughly enjoyed it. 100% percent recommend!

Hired them to cater an event for our law firm. The made-to-order mac n cheese bar was awesome! Would be great for other events too like a wedding or any kind of party

I love working with Fitcasa! As a group fitness instructor, I get to meet people from all walks of life and be a part of their fitness journey. I've made so many wonderful friends from all over the world and have grown a great network of fitness professionals in Houston all due to being a part of this company. So grateful!

I have had the pleasure of using FitCasa for community events for the past 5 years! Chris is always so professional and easy going. His staff is always wonderful to work with and the events they host are always top notch. They recently helped coordinate a holiday event including a DJ and a photo booth (both were excellent!). The price for their service is always fair and affordable. I highly recommend using FitCasa for your next corporate or personal event planning.

Recently attended an event hosted by Fitcasa it was totally disorganized, and there was nothing Fit about it. At first I thought it was hosted by the cable company as the cable sales person was hitting everyone up for a subscription but then I saw the Fitcasa staff scrambling around as if they had planned the event 15 minutes prior. After the event I spoke with the folks that hired them and they too were unimpressed with the situation.
