I went in and there were a lot of staff there and some walking around but no one came to ask me whether I need help after standing there awkwardly for 5 minutes.

Could not get anyone to answer phone query about suspicious texts

The quick lodge service is very handy - just drop an envelope into the slot and I can be in and out in under 5 minutes.

Any time I have required to talk to staff they have been friendly, helpful and informative.

It's a shame there is typically only one window open so the queue builds up quickly and waiting times are sometimes long.

Love the updated design, it's very open and clearly laid out.

The branch has really inconvenient opening times as it closes early at 4.30pm during the week and isn't open at all at weekends.

Possible the worst business I have ever dealt with.
I have made 3 formal complaints over the past few months only to get told by some 9-5 that my complaints are not upheld.
The people in this branch need a reality check that they don t work for the bank, but for the customer. With no customer they will not have a job or a bank.
Stay clear and try another bank, just started to deal with the Ulster Bank and have found a world of difference. Don t need to put up with terrible service in this day and age.

What an odd place, ive recently had to use this branch and really its not very user friendly. Hidden nooks and crannys, unused desks and tablets everywhere. Looks fantastic, if you were playing at being a bank, otherwise pretty useless. As per first trust, one teller and a queue (which you have to join by following a sequence in the carpet, very odd).
