Absolute dire company. They seriously couldn't care less about you as a valued customer once you've signed a contract with them. Countless problems of ink not turning up when it has run out, and parts for printers take days to come as well. You speak to managers and they're just as careless it's seriously unbelievable. The irony of their name even mentioning the words first class is laughable.
Lovely family business, very friendly, always take a consultative approach.
This company is as bad as they come. They overcharge then they give you the silent treatment. Do not trust their friendly manner as they will entrench you in a leasing contract and then leave you high and dry. Avoid at all costs. I give them zero stars but can only post with one!

Brilliant family run established business with smart offices in both Hertfordshire an Bishopsgate. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who concentrate on offering an excellent service and saving customers money. All engineers are fully DBS checked and offer a guaranteed 4 hour call out.
NOT RECOMMENDED, 0 customer service post sale, never respond or do what is asked. Even the MD has ignored me!
