I had very bad experience as they have charged RO 80 for painting flat while I am vacating the flat. I was took single BHK flat for rent on 6 months and there is no dirty on the walls. They asked for RO 110 riyal for painting then reduce to RO 80.I don't know what kind of bloody paint they are going to use there.

Truly professional company for renting property...quality maintenance without any excuses and time wasting....however quality comes with a price that's why the rents are a little bit high...Also the charges for the maintenance once you vacate are higher than other companies....

Poor service ans bad behavior of most of the staff...... Policies are not Tenant friendly

Stayed in first choice for almost 2yrs they asked 110 omr for leaving the building ..I think it's a penalty for staying in first choice... worst ever experience... Money minded company ... No pest control service we have to Cal them for a month .. Rude maintenance team... No proper parking... My car tyres got damaged because of the parking... Can't step out after rain.. u have to swim.. highly not recommended

Stayed one year, they asked for 100 OMR for painting only. Although flat is clean only curtains pins is required to treated.

I would like to thank Mr Zaid the manger and Mr Sultan the owner for understanding and hospitality to solve the issues raised by junior employee
It is an excellent real state company as I spent almost 2 years with them at one of their properties and I enjoyed my stay with them they have a good maintenance team and rapidly responding to complaints Money wise they deserve what you will pay for and they are initiatives to implement new services for their tenants
