Although the service installers were very professional, friendly, and competent, the sales staff and management lacked communication skills. When an unexpected problem on the internet provider's end delayed our install, the sales staff and management left me hanging, not calling to update me when they said they would over 3 times and putting off finishing the installation for over 5 days. When I addressed my frustrations with their lack of communication, I was offered an unenthusiastic and insincere apology. Overall, the service installers are great to work with and highly competent, but the office management is sadly inept at customer service and communication.
