First choice auto haul

I recently used this auto shipping company to transport my vehicle, and I found their services to be average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to request a quote. However, the communication throughout the process was lacking. It took longer than expected to receive updates on the status of my vehicle, and I had to reach out to them multiple times for information. The pick-up and delivery were on time, but the overall service lacked that personal touch. The pricing was reasonable, but I expected a higher level of customer service considering the competition in the industry. Although my vehicle arrived in good condition, I would rate this company as average due to the communication issues.

The car arrived in perfect condition, just as I left it. The driver was professional and kept me updated throughout the journey.
