Mark and his crew are very efficient, top quality work, easy to work with during the planning, set up phase, and delivery of final product. I bought shirts for my fraternal organization from Mark a year ago and I can say after numerous washes, these shirts do not shrink, keep their shape and the quality of the printing and the embroidery have been complimented by many people. I fully endorce FAT-TEE.

Mark was extremely unpleasant when faced with an error. We CLEARLY picked out a product for our female group and under no circumstances would I require a mens shirt. ***after receiving men's shirts in place of ladies shirts....I was blamed for a code error and approving an adult shirt. ***Even though the adult shirt was not clear for men's or womens! I now wonder how men would feel if they received a ladies shirt in place of their order...after sitting down and specifically explaining what was needed
**I trusted their professional guidance - and that was a mistake!
I spent over $1000 for my non-profit group on apparel and working together on a resolution would have been so much better than being interrogated while in his business!!

Zero stars from me!! Making their mistake right would've only cost a few dollars and gained much more repeat business!

If you go here just count on an employee NOT making a mistake because the greedy owner will just take the not my problem approach. No compensation and no solution for an such easy problem. Don t go here if you want anything above minimal service.

First Amendment Tees are an awesome company you need to check out if you are looking for a company to print your shirts.

Fast and easy... those are the words I would use to describe my experience. Came in after calling to make sure they could do what I wanted and sure enough they did exactly what I wanted and more. These guys got my order done in about 4 days when everyone else said it would be over 2 weeks! If you need a quick shirt or even a large order like I did they are the guys to call.

I will definitely come back the next time I need shirts.

Poor customer service. I called first, was told I could come down to order the t-shirt design I was looking for. I had to bring my baby granddaughter with me, as had no child care. I was made to wait for a lengthy time, when finally some guy came over, just to give me his business card & saying that I could e-mail the design to him. They obviously did not want my business !

Friendliest staff around I think, the owners are very excited to show you the place, and the work is impeccable.
