Not only did they charge more for a simple oil change than the dealership, SOMEONE SMOKED IN MY CAR! I had to drive home with the windows down in 42-degree weather, shivering all the way, just so I could BREATHE. I will never go back to any Firestone after this deplorable treatment.

Never again. Took my car in for a oil change and a noise in the front end. It as an engine noise. Water pump and pulley we're bad is what I told them. They told me know there was no noise and the pulleys we're fine. 24 hours later I am having it towed. Car over heated and the water pump is bad....

So far, this is one of the best automotive service locations you can go to around Akron. No one is perfect, and I've heard stories that have taken places in the past, but the folks that work here now seem to know what they're doing and they're not interested in ripping anyone off.

They said they can't remount the tires because I dident buy the road hazard
