I have been using FINEMEDIA's services for several months. The quality of services at a very high level, very friendly service. During the term of the contract, my housing estate was modernized, thanks to which the possibilities in my building increased. You can see that the company is developing and not standing still, which is very important to me as a demanding Internet user.

This is my second link on optical fiber, previously Orange. I can't really complain about the internet with Orange. Worse with the service. But there is one important thing better about finmedia. This link is symmetrical and stable at the same time! Sending files is 10 times faster via the finmedia fiber

The best internet I've had so far - the connection is very fast and stable. I have been working in the home office for almost a year and I haven't had a single internet outage during this time, unlike my colleagues who use internet from other operators, both large and small local. Sometimes they throw away their colleagues using the Internet from the company on K for the whole day :) But they decided to lower the price by PLN 10, so they received the service they deserve haha Customer service at Finemedia is always polite, helpful and professional. I recommend Finemedia as your internet operator

FineMedia has not been responding to the call to remove unlawfully unstuck stickers on mailboxes and distribution boxes in our estate (6 buildings) for nearly a year.

Personally, when making a decision about choosing an Internet provider, I would like to know whether the provider is breaking the law and responding to reported problems. Well, the company FineMedia breaks them and does not respond to requests.

She has labeled our housing estate with her hard-to-peel ads and does not deign to remove them (we have written to FineMedia on this matter several times).

Terrible arrogance and complete lack of cooperation from FineMedia management.

The internet is so disgusting they can let you without it let say 1,2 days they don t care about their costumers!!!!!

Very nice service. I called on behalf of my elderly parents, despite the fact that I did not have a contract, after verifying the data, all my questions were answered without sending me back with the proverbial receipt. It is a pity that I have a different internet and cable TV provider.

I have been using the services of FineMEDIA for a year at the Cztery Podkowy estate in Wysoka. Mega quality, which I cannot say about another operator whose services I used before. With FineMEDIA I have both internet and TV. Everything works as it should be. Contact with women from the Customer Service Center also at a high level, always nice and helpful. Likewise, the gentlemen from the technical department. When I had a problem with the router, they explained to me very well what to do to fix the problem. I heartily recommend.

I definitely recommend it. Very reliable operator. I have had links in two locations for over 10 years. Speeds as purchased, i.e. 1Gbit / s, Ping at 1 ms. Everything stable and without failures at a good price. Planned work performed mainly at night and informed in advance. The ideal operator if someone needs a symmetrical connection - competition usually gives 10% of the download.
P.S. I recommend buying a good 5Ghz AC router to handle high speeds or renting it from finemedia.

EDIT: referring to the owner's response - the company reacted - ATTENTION, you are sticking with - CLOSE R O K U from the first call, and only after the threat of publishing the details of the correspondence and interest in the media.

FineMEDIA sticks its hard-to-remove advertisements / stickers on distribution boxes, mailboxes and notice boards, thus disfiguring and destroying the property of apartment owners.

When asked to remove them, she takes no action.

I definitely do not recommend it. As a community (Osiedle Mieszcza skie 2), at the next meeting, we intend to send a pre-trial call to remove the advertisements and charge the company with the costs of the damage.

The worst Internet provider I had to deal with, after ten years I quit their services because the Internet slowed down in the evenings to a speed that made it impossible to use the services of streaming platforms. At the end, the termination notice sent in November was not recognized, so I had to bear the costs of the following months. I honestly do not recommend it.
