Fiddleheads Coffee Roasters is a small batch coffee roaster located in Thiensville, Wisconsin. The company was founded by Bob and Sue Puetz in 1996 with the aim of providing high-quality coffee to the local community. Since then, Fiddleheads has grown to become one of the most popular coffee roasters in the greater Milwaukee area.
At Fiddleheads, we believe that great coffee starts with great beans. That's why we source only the finest Arabica beans from around the world. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives to ensure that our beans are sustainably grown and ethically sourced.
Once we have our beans, we roast them in small batches using state-of-the-art equipment. This allows us to carefully control every aspect of the roasting process and bring out the unique flavors and aromas of each bean.
But our commitment to quality doesn't stop there. We also train our baristas extensively so that they can prepare each cup of coffee perfectly. Whether you prefer a classic drip brew or a more complex espresso drink, you can be sure that your drink will be expertly crafted at Fiddleheads.
In addition to our flagship location in Thiensville, we operate multiple cafes throughout Milwaukee and its surrounding suburbs. Each cafe has its own unique atmosphere but all share a commitment to providing exceptional service and delicious coffee.
