I thought the vet was very helpful and friendly, and took excellent care of my dog Louis.

Feldons have always looked after my boy like one of there own the vets are super friendly and they will never try and sell you a product unless your animal really needs it

If you have a sick pet then this is the place to go. The staff are excellent and the care they give is top notch. They are the chosen vets for guide dogs so you know you can trust them

Just had an appointment with Viv and it was fantastic. Our cat is quite uptight and has a strong aversion to visiting the vet. I have genuinely never seen her more comfortable with a stranger in the whole time we've had her. Viv was incredibly gentle with her and she didnt even feel her jab! He was honest, knowledgable and had a great manner with both pets and their owners. Ive had pets my entire life and I have no hesitations when I say that this was the best experience Ive ever had.

Unfortunately our 13 year old beautiful boxer Dino had breathing difficulties and stopped breathing a few times, we decided it was very distressing for him and the decision to put him to sleep was made. The wonderful vet came to our house on a Saturday morning and very sympathetically put him to sleep for the last time, we were very sad but to be able to say our goodbyes at home peacefully made a huge difference.
We received a wonderful card from the vet and also the surgery, we can't thank them enough for their support during this sad time.

My elderly mothers cat became very unwell last night, my sister knew that she'd had a stroke (she's not a vet), but still this vet took Emily in, kept her in overnight even though the kindest thing to have done for her last night was to put More

Our cats had several tooth surgeries over the past 5 years. We always felt very well looked after, and the staff made the whole process as easy as possible!

We have been coming to Feldon for over 14 years and get well treated by the people on reception & the vet nurses and get very well looked after by your top class and highly knowledgeable vet HUGH

Terrible place with the rudest manageress I've ever had the misfortune to meet ! Extortionate prices inflated whenever they feel they can get away with it. I would definitely not recommend this place unless you have money to burn . More

Hugh and his crew were amazing, going above and beyond and saving my girl from dying. She had quickly developed scepticaemia from mastitis and we very nearly lost her. Dog and owners were extremely well looked after. We had twice daily updates and they worked their magic. Dog now back home, fully recovered and back to her old self. Thank you so much!

I'm amazed by the customer service here, they were extremely friendly and quick to treat my baby roborovski hamster Gucci. Thanks to vet Viv, who was so kind when treating my hamster, Gucci is now feeling much better and is back to his energetic self... a miracle hamster!!

For some crazy reason, my dog loves coming to your surgery. If I'm taking him for a walk in town and we're near your surgery, he tries to pull us both in there. I think he just loves the attention and fuss from the friendly staff. Probably the dog treats too! I remember fairly recently he came in for his examination and annual injections. When it was finished, I put his lead on him and brought him out to reception to settle the bill. I dropped his lead while I was getting out my purse and he ran off. Not to the front door as a lot of dogs would do when inside a vet's place, but back into the examining room much to the staff's amusement. Seems he didn't want to leave!

Leamington experience initially was great until I used there Bedworth branch & then when I complained at leamington as it's head office I was attempted to be fobbed off ! Not likely feldons !

I had to take my cat, Albie, to the Leamington branch recently. Living in Kenilworth, I'd never been to that one before but as the Kenilworth branch is temporarily closed I had no choice. They were really amazing with dealing with Albie. I had to get an Uber to get there because I don't drive, but even though I was almost an hour early for my appointment they didn't leave me waiting very long in the cold and we were on our way home before my appointment time had even arrived. I was very impressed. It's good to know that even during these weird times I can rely on the staff of the Feldon vets to be as wonderful as ever. I always feel confident that my to cats are in the best possible hands whenever I take them.

Friendly, helpful staff. They take great care of all my animals and always give plenty of time and attention when we are there. Inviting waiting room which includes a cat corner with extra cat blankets.

Such a friendly welcoming place to bring your pets for check ups. I have had two pets who unfortunately were put down and this place is so caring. The staff really love animals and care so much about the customers pets and them. I have had cards sent from staff there when my pets were put down. Such a lovely gesture. Not many vets would do that. Reccomend to all pet owners.

( P.S. my pets were put down due to an infection in the ear and the other was put down due to something poisonous he swolled. I do not blame the vets at all they were put down as there was nothing that could be done, no money in the world could help them. They staff were so caring. I was crying my eyes out and they are just so lovely. Thank you so much, I will always use you. )

As I was poorly with a vomiting virus my owners needed to take me to a vet, on a Sunday morning. Not an easy task. They managed it and I had a trip to Leamington where I was greeted, examined and treated by Yann. He gave me two injections very gently plus some good advice to my owners about my future care. We all went away reassured. I am starting to feel a little better now. Thank you.

Myself and my family have been coming to the practice with our family pets for years. My dog is regularly unwell and he has become a firm favourite of the practice, always welcoming and reassuring. He has always been really well cared for, the diagnosis has always been right and fuss free when it can be a stressful time for your pet and the pet owner. Right from reception you are always well looked after and informed.

Seeing some of these bad reviews shocks me!
Bought my bunny in yesterday to have her spayed, and can honestly say the level of care my girl received has been amazing, the op went smoothly, I got given some pain medication for her to take home, and 2 follow up visits to check she is doing ok are soon to come aswell, which I ve been told are included in the operation price!
This morning even received a phone call to check how she was doing!
This place and all the people who work here are brilliant! Can t recommend then enough,
