I received the Feldobox experience card as a gift. When I redeemed, I was in a very awkward position as they were uncertain about the acceptance at the Greek Jug Restaurant. I carried the card and one side of the card coupon with me (I didn't know it was supposed to be anything else), which they dropped, so the owner was called by phone to do what. They have come to dinner when we agree to go back and pay for the dinner if the Feldobox discards it with no bet.
1. The value of the voucher is extremely expensive.
2. What right does Feldobox ask for all my personal information (address, phone, date of birth, etc.).
3. Based on these, you need a card for a dinner, a multi-page coupon with intact holograms, all personal information and of course money.
I'm sorry about what happened. Certainly I will not think of this opportunity when looking for a gift for my loved ones.

I ve bought different vouchers in a lot of places, and so far I ve been able to extend their expiration dates everywhere if for some reason I couldn t use it on time, or if that wasn t possible, they suggested some alternative instead. Feldobox is the first place where this has been rejected without thinking, both over the phone and in writing.

Great offers, correct customer-centric administration.

I received two gift packs as a gift and replaced them at a Dallas restaurant. Criticism is that 22.ooo.- For 2 pounds cheaper hamburger and a smaller stek! I advertised at the boxbox came an answer that they will find out, so this has not been done to date !!!

We had a hard time redeeming the Tasting Voucher. The small book that came with the card did not contain the current redemption points !!! We were rejected twice, and for the third time we could only stay at the cost of inconvenience.

Tasting "experience" in short:

1. Originally we chose the Spanish flavors - Pata Negra program, which, as it was revealed at the time of booking, has not been available for half a year, has been contracted ... first disappointment

2. We chose the Texas Food Program from among the 70 programs (huge chamois) advertised. There are also 38 programs in the voucher book, 51 on the website at present - not 70. I would like to note here that a given wine tasting is 6 items or 5 items + bread, but does not count as two separate programs

3. The program you choose does not include the foods promised in the voucher and does not include soft drinks because the service has changed in the meantime. I do not know where this should be from the user or why should he ever be informed about the coupon's validity? If your service provider needs to update your bids from time to time, you should be informed about the current content of the offer.

4. The total value of the optional meals is roughly 5,000 forints, with two more expensive hamburgers. The restaurant does not add 2 soft drinks, while the coupon costs 11 thousand forints. At the same time, the restaurant gives the same hamburger + refreshment combination as NAPI MENU for 2 thousand forints! I do not know who is the fault of this, but it is a great defiance to give the same for the 11,000 forints coupon.

5. At the next table at the same time, the same objectionable problems arise.

6. In case of payment, please fill in the personal data sheet - what do you need it for? Request personal information for a lunch and compulsory filling? During the server, the Feldobox is heavily scolded, because there is always a problem, only a problem for them. (See 1. Pata Negra ...)
