Excellent place to visit with the family!! The kids really loved this place! And the food is super good and it's a lot of food ya'll!!! Weather your on the Hatfield side or McCoy side, your gonna enjoy the fun and the food!!!! The only thing that was not so fun was the price? It is a bit pricey, especially when you have a large family.

The food was great. Really liked the soup they served. Our waitress that served us at table D35 was amazing and the show was one of the best ever. Highly recommend to anyone interested. The whole place is ran like a well oiled machine. Cant wait to go back and see the xmas show in November. Thanks to everyone in the show for all your talent.

We really enjoyed the show, there was more than enough food to go around. All of the food was amazing!
Get here 45 min before the show if you want drinks. The servers stop serving when the show starts to allow for them to help in the show. We went to the 8:00 show and they quit serving at 8:30. We should have arrived at 7:15 for good seating, we arrived right at 8 and were at the top but could still see very well. They involve the kids by inviting them on the stage to dance. You can take pictures with some of the cast afterwards and get a cute family picture for a small cost.
Fun for the whole family and we'll worth it!

Great show, great food, and I also have the privilege of keeping it safe , as an Armed Officer, along with all of Dolly's other 5 shows, and of course Dollywood! Great family fun! Great food at all the shows, plus you can have a piece of mind, as I patrol the premise, and make sure everyone is safe! And has a great time!

Had an entertaining experience at the show. The food was good for what it was, southern fare. The chicken and corn could use a little more flavor, but the pork, rolls, potatoes, and dessert were really good. The Christmas show was fun and had some great references to our standard Christmas shows. Would recommend to all as a great event for the whole family.

This was the best dinner show that I have ever been to! It was definitely fun for the whole family! The food was absolutely wonderful, and it was all you can eat! Our waiter was fabulous, and the cast for the show was friendly! Our drinks were always full, and the food is brought to the table and you get to pick out your portion. If you want more of something, then all you need to do is ask your waiter. I was amazed at their fried chicken, I would love to get my hands on their recipe. I absolutely love watching cloggers. The people on stage were extremely talented and really made it fun! If you're in town and have the time to go by and see this dinner show, you won't be disappointed!

We were pleasantly surprised by the food tasting very good, especially since they are serving to hundreds of people at the same time. They even accommodated my gluten allergy with excellent oven baked chicken. The show was entertaining and a great overall way to spend the evening for dinner and show. Recommend to any family or couple looking for good food and entertainment for a night in pigeon forge.

Not somewhere I'd normally stop but we are glad we did.
Had a great time playing with the goats and shopping in there souvenir shop, too cool to ride the coaster that evening but somehow we ended up spending almost 2 hours there, laughing and cutting up with the employees who were very chatty and funny also they were very helpful with our souvenir shopping. If you're ever in pigeon forge Tennessee goats on the roof is a must-see especially with kids

We loved this place. The show was amazing and the staff was so friendly. My daughter just thought it was the coolest thing ever. If your in the area I highly recommend getting tickets.

The food is great but make sure you arrive on time because once the show starts they stop serving food just like most dinner shows.

Would have been 5 stars but the waiter kept the bus bin next to me while I was trying to eat my dinner. He continued to bus tables and scrape food off plates into the bus bin about 2 ft from me. Really nasty to do especially when people are trying to eat, not to mention its low class. Keep the bus bins out of the dining area!

Go to Tennessee almost every year. This is the first time I've been able to make the show. Wow!!! It was awesome. If you get to go to Tennessee you need to see this show. Food was amazing. Tickets with food is all you can eat so go hungry. Service at the table was non stop. You never run out of anything. Not even water.

The food before the show was great and more than any of us could eat. We we're right in the front row against the stage and there were 13 in our group. Everyone loved it and we will Definitely go again when we come back. This is a Must See Show!!! So much talent and Wonderful servers were great.

This has to be the best Dinner show that has ever existed. My entire family loved the show from beginning to end. they allowed the children of the audience to come dance on the stage at the beginning and they were always stopping by our table to play with the kids. The food was perfect and the show itself was super funny. We will be back for another visit as soon as possible.

We recently visited Hatfield and McCoy and were beyond impressed with the sanitation and safety measures taken. The food was decent but nothing special, however, the show itself was great! It was funny and family friendly. Our entire group was impressed with the special effects and set. Will definitely be back!

Me and my family were in Tenesee on vacation and wanted to go to a dinner show. I have a Gluten intolerance, and finding things I can eat especially in such a big place is difficult. I was excited when I heard they have some options for those with a gluten intolerance/allergy. The food was very good, and despite my diet restrictions i didn't feel limited in options compared to everyone else. It was one of the first times I got to have gluten free fried chicken and a brownie in a while. The show itself is very cheesy- however I actually really enjoyed it. I think it doesn't completely go over the edge of too cheesy, and they don't take themselves too seriously which made me feel more included with the show. Overall I think this is a great option for a dinner show- especially if you have younger children and/or a wide variety of ages in your group. The only complaint I have is that actually getting into the show is a little confusing, and crowded. But they are very accommodating, and friendly. Overall it was a really fun and memorable experience.

We have gone twice to see the Christmas show. This past year I bought our tickets from another vendor. When I arrived at the show it was realized that my voucher was for the day before. I was devastated and thought oh boy there goes my money and a good time for six people. The staff quickly went into motion to fix it and got us a table. They were all about customer service! The show and the food do not disappoint - both very good!

I booked this dinner show for a fun anniversary dinner. Well they waited until I pulled into the parking lot to park and informed me that the show they recommended I book had been cancelled. Now if you know the Pigeon Forge area, after 7pm it very hard to get seating at good restaurants for a large group of people. Not only did they inconvenience my trip. They did nothing to make up for it. They offered me a show 4 days from my initial booking, which was totally unacceptable. And now after almost 5 days they still have not refunded my money. I was very upset about the way they handled this situation and I will never book a dinner show through this company again.#TheFuedison#

Dinner is excellent!!!!! My mom really enjoyed the show and was one of the top three thing from our trip together she said. Parking was crazy difficult. I'm always early and standing in line for over half an hour made me tired and grumpy before we ever even got into the show. They were running behind about 15 minutes opening the doors presumably due to a bridal shower. Worth the price seeing and hearing how happy my mom was.

The best $60 I've ever spent in my life! I've visited Gatlinburg about 7 times now and finally went to see Hatfield and McCoy's. My wife, teenage kids, and aunt loved it as much as I did.

The show was amazing with very talented actors / musicians but more surprised by the food and service. I expected just ok food but honestly it was amazing!!!! The vegetable creme soup was my favorite (and soup is never a favorite for me), and the fried chicken and BBQ were amazing! Also I recommend the sweet tea.

You can't beat this place for all you can eat excellent food, top notch service, and great entertainment. Don't be like me and wait 22 years before experiencing this!

I loved the show, the people were great, food was great, service was great! I rated it lower because we were on the highest level and the tables are sideways. There wasn't enough room for us to turn our chairs and see properly. There are big screens, but you go to see a live show, and the screens don't show the whole stage at times. Other than that... well done.

Wonderful show. Great food!! Good service. It really is a great show the whole family will enjoy. They served fried chicken, mashed potatoes, pulled pork, corn on the cob, slaw, and rolls. We had a choice of dessert of either banana pudding or chocolate pudding. You will not go away hungry. We had a great time!!

First time to see this Dinner-Show. I would score it a 4.5 Star. Can't do half stars so gave it 5 Stars to boost it vs. other over-rated dinner-shows.

The show is a blend of good music, dance, comedy, slap stick, stunts, and even a love story all in one. Throw in a little audience participation routine and you got it. Could be better but a solid 4+.

As for the food .... All you can eat served family style so you choose what you want more of at your table with your group. Fried Chicken is tasty and moist, mashed potatoes, corn on cob (fresh steamed with butter), cream soup (tasty), rolls, BBQ Pulled Pork, and Dessert. They also have meals for special diets --- Gluten Free, Diabetic, etc. Also All-you-can-eat.

WOW!

This show is the show to see. Yes it has some parts that don t make much sense to it like some of the pop culture songs sung with it, but overall this is a great show. I see a lot of people comparing it to a Highschool play at best and let me tell you that is a lie. This is a high CAMP show, meaning it s gonna be very corny and full of jokes. The food was amazing. The pulled squirrel was delicious, the soup was fantastic, and everything else was amazing. The servers were busy with their tables and got to our table in a great amount of time. Very kind waiter. Long story short, YOU MUST COME SEE THIS!!
