Failed to pay for the damage. Claim number 493003-1 ... DO NOT TRUST!
Adjusters will not respond for weeks at a time and will not stand behind their customers. I would highly recommend looking for your insurance needs somewhere else. They intentionally drag out claims in an effort to not pay.
