yes im writing on behalf of bernadette feltz a 73 year old lady who had just purchased a new vehicle and was looking for insurance she wound up dealing with a vanesa there at federated insurance and she sold her supposdley a policy she sent a sum of 200.00 doallors she has not recieved any paperwork and latewr found out the insurance didnt even meet the requierements needed with a new vehichle vanesa has had sick children a aunt that has died twice and a list of other excuses why they simply can not refund her money this company is a joke and i strongly recomend you dont use it go with a local insurancer or somebuddy reputable not federated insurance
Federated has been caring for its clients and its community for well over a century. It's a great company to work for, filled with wonderful people, headquartered in a vibrant little city.
I can t really say enough good things about this insurance company. After years of sub par experiences with insurance companies, adjusters, underwriters and agents; I can honestly say I couldn t be more pleased. If stellar service, competitive rates with service after the sale weren t enough; they give back huge to our local and national trade association! This company just gets it!
Adjusters will not respond for weeks at a time and will not stand behind their customers. I would highly recommend looking for your insurance needs somewhere else. They intentionally drag out claims in an effort to not pay.
