Very unprofessional management in the department I worked in.

Very dishonest in their hiring practices. Will tell you you'll be on one shift then put you on another. "Some" overtime means you'll have days off on holidays and shutdowns, the rest of the time you're stuck working 7 days a week for months at a time.

For Semi truck drivers ,owner operator try to avoid this place they using one dock for live unloading and they are very slow and not professional ,long wait time to get unloaded also their enter for shipping and receiving on south side of the building and when you turn north of 707 there is a sign no trucks but it s only 0,3 miles you go,good luck everyone with this place,you have to be lucky if any one in office when you arrive here /NOT RECOMENDED,driver before me was 3:15 on dock to unload,few spots for overnight parking available here

If you are interested in working for a company who will require you to do two plus people's jobs and than add more...this is your place. Constant day in and day out machine issues will keep you in tip top physical shape running to each alarm. Total lack of good judgement in the managerial ranks lead to unpredictable work schedules, chaos and alot of extra unnecessary work. Lucifer's Castle has nothing on this place as it is truly Hell on Earth right here in beautiful Berne IN on Parr road. Come join the fun!!!
