Subpar experience. The quality of the furniture I received did not meet my expectations, with several pieces arriving with minor damages. Customer service was slow to respond and lacked clarity in addressing my concerns. The delivery was also delayed without proper communication. Based on this experience, I found it challenging to appreciate the overall value offered.
