Toxic employees handle most of the distribution. No matter which delivery driver we get, they are always rude and make snide comments about the locations they visit. Today there were two individuals delivering in Bristol, and another driver from a different company informed me that they purposely delivered incorrect product and made belligerent comments about me as the person who received the order. Absolutely unprofessional, which reflects upon Farrell Distributing as the employer of these individuals.

That place is poisonous to work at they treat there employees like they are slaves,had those of us who work the hardest and produce the most unable to enjoy our jobs by telling us we couldn't even grab a snack between building pallets of beer.They especially cherish those who throw other co workers under the bus by telling bosses things that never even occurred,glad those of us that are smart enough quit working there and have moved on towards brighter horizons.The turn over rate there is astonishing and I always wondered why but now I know it's because Dave Farrell isn't directly involved in how his employees feel about the way they are treated by management and the amount of time they invest in working there overnights,it really takes away from having a normal type of life whatsoever and they have never appreciated that from any employee and it's too bad the can't realize that's why they won't ever find good overnight employees.
