Nice rooms. Parking could have been easier, but they were doing construction.

The Flagship Resort is great for adults, the location is great and access to the boardwalk is a few steps away. It's location is secluded and away from the busiest part of the boardwalk. It's a good 15 minutes walk from Ocean Resorts. The downside, due to renovations the parking spaces are limited ( floors 4, 5, 6 are closed)not enough parking spaces for all the guests.

This hotel is coming back from a hurricane that destroyed it it is beautiful it is oceanfront it has balconies and a lot of the rooms are new and very clean

Vacation there 2021 one week September 24 through Oct 01. Room paper coming from wall. Sliding door handle screw missing, no shuttle service kitchen not clean. Cabinet grease kitchen faucet leak sir condition and refrigerator noises noise from renovations starting 8 am. This was the worst place to stay the only good thing I can say is the staff was good

Really enjoyed our time there. 98% of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food and the staff at the restaurant were absolutely wonderful. Room was great. Wish the pool area was a little bigger but loved the adult only time. The only real complaint I have was the cookware was horrible. Take your own and you will have a great stay.

on the Balcony watching boats. Garage was dirty though. The elevator was a little dirty also other than that I had a fantastic time and I'm getting ready to make another reservation Right After this review. My new favorite.

I was visiting my mom and aunt who were the ones who actually had a room here. The terrace was nice. It's near the water but far from the boardwalk and the other casinos. The elevators were weirdly numbered and slow. But again, I wasn't the one who was actually staying there.

We had a great stay! Rooms seemed like they were newly renovated within the past few months or so clean you wouldn t even know it! Id compare it to any high end major hotel chain. Views from the balcony were amazing. This is definitely a hidden gem in AC.

Place is disgusting. Walk into a dirty room. Bed sheets, couch cushions thrown around the room. Little kitchen area ilwas disgusting. Why ate yall giving out dirty rooms. Spoke to management who told us I have another room we are checking and double checking it good. We had to wait an hour. That room was never cleaned.o don't understand how they're still in business.

We have been here 3 times. The staff is very friendly! The views are amazing. Some rooms are a little dated but the overall space is great for a family of 4 to have plenty of room for a week. Having the kitchenette is a huge convenience! Other than the elevators being really slow, we would definitely stay again!
